Constraction reviews in Minneola, Florida

Corey Lance and Luis Santos provided outstanding customer service during our mold remediation project! The process was smooth from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally. Highly recommend!

Hired CSL on a couple occasions and they have always been quick to respond, efficient, and done exemplary work. Would recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with CSL Construction. The whole team was amazing helping guide me through the whole process after having my upstairs shower leaking into my kitchen. The construction team were very friendly and did amazing work with my bathroom remodel, tile, and ceiling repair. The team that worked with my insurance company also exceeded all my expectations. I would use CSL Construction in the future for any construction needs to my home.

We had rain water from a hurricane leak into our guest bedroom. We called CSL Construction and they came over to our house that day. They gave us a quote, on the spot, which we agreed to. They then set up a dryer in the room and said what the next steps would be, including the needed repairs.

In summary, they did everything they said they would do. They were professional, courteous, respectful, and just really nice people to do business with.

We highly recommend CSL Construction.

CSL Construction provided fantastic service from a hot water leak from the beginning to the end. They handled submissions to the insurance company and all I had to do was sign. My repairs in my home are superb. I highly recommend thus company for any reconstruction. Five star company.

UPDATE: The work the company did was great. However weeks after making the final payment and verified each payment with Joe Tedesco before writing each check, he now comes back asking for $2K due to his miscalculation and threatening to put a lien on my property after I have paid over $30K. Each check cut to the company had his approval. DO NOT work with JOE!!!

I have worked with Corey on several occasions and jobs , I can tell you him and his team and always willing and able to handle whatever is needed and can arise , 1 example I had done a roof for one of my clients a few months before a hurricane that had came in, and their was nothing wrong with the roof job holding up but the roads and river filled up quick and the run off from nearby neighborhoods forced the water to go in thru garage elevation and CSL came in and got all the water out and cleared out the cabinets and drywall cutout and got fans going quickly thru house and remodel was able to start ASAP. I highly recommend him and Stephanie and CSL team

I had Corey and his team come out and inspect my home after a hurricane. They discovered we suffered significant damage to the roof. He was there the whole step of the way while we worked through the insurance process. They were able to get our roof installed even before we received the final payment which allowed us to get our lives back to normal without worry. I can not thank them enough for the great service they provided.

I had an amazing experience with CSL Construction. Following my hurricane storm damage Corey came right out to my home to assess what needed to be done. CSL was quick with a quote and came out promptly to do the work. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs at their home. Thank you for the awesome experience!

We had roof and fencing damage to our home. CSL were quick to respond and get started. The crew was on time and very professional. Would highly recommend!

I have hired CSL construction several times after my house was flooded. CSL redid my upstairs bathrooms as well as my master bath. As a result, I am the envy of my neighborhood. My new bathrooms are awesome! CSL takes special care when they are inside your home. They protect everything that they are not fixing everything. The owner said he would do he did. He makes good on all of his promises. If I ever am in need of any construction in my home, I know who to call, CSL construction all the way!

CSL Construction was amazing to work with from beginning to end. They replaced 20 toilets, added hot water (huge) as well as replaced faucets and soap dispensers. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonable and transparent with all costs and timelines. We would definitely use them again.

I contacted CSL Construction regarding a roofing leak issue that I was experiencing and all I can say is from beginning to end I received five star service. I am difficult to please -- and tend to nitpick -- but Corey at CSL construction and his team exceeded my expectations. A+ !

The CSL team provided the remediation and renovation services after Hurrican Helene. Total loss of the first floor of my home. Professionally, I work with General Contractors every day. CSL was a refreshing change from most. They were on time, on budget, and great to engage with. I would recommend CSL to anyone in need of construction services.

Have worked with CSL multiple times over the last few years and can't say enough about this company. Whether it's remodels or reconstruction due to a water loss their service has always been top notch. Communication with the customer, repairs done in a timely and professional manner, and just overall experience is above no other. Would highly recommend for any project you might have.

CSL did amazing work remodeling my bathroom. I appreciated them involving me in the process and providing me with choices--I was able to choose where on what I wanted to upgrade. Everyone was professional and respectful of the property. I appreciated Marco and Caio taking time to ensure everything was completed with high quality. I highly recommend CSL for any remodeling. In fact, I plan to have them remodel my kitchen next.

CSL did a full remodel of my first floor/kitchen and a couple other rooms a few years ago. Their work and professionalism was top notch, and it has held up great over the years.

Recently, I had a minor leak under my kitchen sink and was worried there might be more damage than met the eye. I reached out to Corey and he helped me evaluate what turned out to be a minor issue, and gave me guidance to make sure it was properly addressed to prevent future problems.
