Honest. Professional. Full stop. Had the pleasure of working with Luis who came out to my home, on time when expected, listened attentively, reviewed my concerns, took several pictures of the issue with both regular and infrared digital cameras, uploaded the information and pleasantly dismissed himself with calling back to the office and uploading the information as his next steps. Within 20 minutes, I was contacted by Joe the owner who went over all of the information, as well as Luis' full report and told me that in his years of experience opinion that the issue I have can be remediated with a thorough cleaning, new paint, and some behavioral changes with the thermostat. Relived doesn't even come close to my reaction. To think what could have happened with a less than scrupulous business owner is what keeps us all up at night. You always take a risk when you just "call a guy" but the reviews posted on this site gave me comfort to go ahead and call.
