I’m changing my review as I am having many issues that were noted functional or in good conditions at the time of the inspection. 1- plumbing, my apartment has major plumbing issues, when checked behind the toilet there appears to be water stains that would’ve indicated that at the time of inspection 2- flooring, flooring is noted in good condition, however there are various cracks, missing tiles and broken tiles in my unit. 3- trash disposal was noted functional but isn’t. These are the issues encountered only 2 weeks after purchasing the unit and three weeks after the inspection. More will follow im sure. When I contacted Dani’s just to confirm with him to understand better these issues, he wasn’t helpful.
