Really nice company. I just called from googling "carpet cleaning near me" and got a text from Joe. I sent him the details and he sent me the most reasonable offer from about 5 companies. He came at the time we agreed on, examined the rug and stains and was very clear that the stains cannot be completely removed. He took the rug and returned it after a week. It smelled good, was so much brighter and looked really good. I'm so happy with my pearly white fringes! He and his partner carefully took it upstairs for me and put it where I instructed. Joe is one of the nicest business men that I've encountered. He took the time to send a quick "thank you" text after he left too. I highly recommend his company.

These guys were great. First, my building has strict insurance requirements for all vendors and contractors. Sheen was able to provide their Certificate of Insurance right away to get approval. Then on the day of the appointment, my building elevator went down right as they were about to start so they couldn't get their equipment up to my unit. So I had to turn them away and reschedule after they had already patiently waited for about 30 minutes. But the elevator came back on shortly after they left and these guys turned around and came back and got the job done. They were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the results and the couch isn't even dry yet. Highly recommended.

I found these guys thru Google search myself & the “4.9 star rating” stood out to me big time so I decided to have them come clean my couch that I just couldn’t get the dog smell out of to save my life. Not to mention a couple stains and maybe a light smell of urination I couldn’t smell but others could. They showed me the color of the water from the cleaning..wow. Great job guys! I had my sofa professionally cleaned, including removal of dog urine stains and odor. The service was excellent , very thorough, professional, and efficient. The sofa looks and smells clean again, and I was very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

muy mala experiencia, mala atención al cliente, fui con mi socio para adquirir una franquicia y nadie nos atendió, también hicimos una cita y el supuesto encargado llamado Mark , cancelo la cita y nunca nos atendió .

presten atención antes de hacer un contrato con esta empresa,para un pequeño negocio que desea comenzar,caer en manos de esta gente es peligroso,en mi experiencia,perdí 4k de la siguiente manera,te prometen vender un supuesto paquete en 15k,que incluye contratos con ingresos mensuales de 3k,ojo con esto,dicho paquete de 15k,si lo pagas de tu dinero,imagínate que lo que hacen es buscarte trabajos basura,al precio más bajo del mercado actual,a $0,000 el pie cuadrado,imagínate que tiempo tardarías en recuperar tu dinero,a eso sumarle los fees q te cobran por llevarte la contabilidad,este es el mejor de los ejemplos,ahora imagínate que ese mismo paquete de 15k,no tienes el dinero 💰 para obtenerlo,te piden un down de 4k,como un dealer de auto,como un banco al comprar una casa etc,pero peor,ya que te vas a endeudar con ellos con el resto de 11k,con intereses ,más fees,y con trabajos basura mal pago con la tarifa más baja del mercado, $0.000 el pie cuadrado,saquen sus conclusiones,lo.mas lindo que todo es legal,con su contrato,cuando te das cuenta el desastre financiero q has causado en tu negocio,ya es tarde,y no tendrás ningún tipo de amparo,perderás tu tiempo y dinero,dejo esta grande reseña bien explicada,para que otras personas no caigan como yo,si bajo estas condiciones descritas,estas de acuerdo,vaya y firme con ellos,tu sabrás de economía y finanzas

Excelente personal, Maria y Angie, muy atentas y te explican el funcionamiento de todo y muy rico el café que te ofrecen.

Estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio de esta compañía de limpieza. El equipo fue puntual, profesional y dejó todo impecable. Prestan atención a cada detalle, utilizan productos de calidad y trabajan con mucho cuidado y respeto por las cosas del hogar. Me encantó la amabilidad del personal y la rapidez con la que realizaron el trabajo.
