For any future owners trying to buy a franchise on here, i implore you to please stay away and dont do business with them. This is worst than a pyramid scheme.

This in reference to the division out of Deerfield Beach. I never received any invoices, but gave my CC card in advance when the contract was signed...so obviously thinking I would be charged monthly. Well I get an email with overdue invoices and AGAIN give my CC to have it charged and give permission. 2 months later the same thing happens and now I'm threatened with collections and legal action? The billing department at this company is extremely disorganized. I don't recommend this company.

I would leave no stars if I could! The initial impression they gave was a professional cleaning company but they outsourced to people who are NOT professional to say the least. They claimed they would clean the entire daycare center but it looked like they mopped the place with a dirty rag. I do not recommend this company.

I hired Coverall to clean my medical office every other week. Initial impression was ok, not great. Fairly superficial cleaning. Dirt behind furniture wys untouched. I decided to give them a chance to clean weekly, for which I reached out to the manager. I signed the new contract immediately and informed the manager that I needed the office cleaned that weekend. Come Monday, nobody cleaned the office. I called and emailed the manager on Monday morning that they needed to come out on Monday to clean. Nobody called or emailed back. I sent an email next day that heir services were no longer required. Still no call back to apologize and try to solve the issue. I offered a cleaning lady who was working for Coverall to clean on her own. 3 weekends later she doesn't show up. My office manager had to clean the office to make it ready for upcoming week. When we called the cleaner to inform that her services were not needed she screamed back and hung up. Very disappointed with the business. Not professional at all. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

AVOID !!! Run. This company should not be allowed to do business. First impression is very professional, but the people who sell you the service do not work for the company. Also the people who do the cleaning don't work for the company. The give you proposals that they do not offer. they tie you in to a contract and if you add services, it will be 10 times more the price they provided a proposal for.

This company is the best in cleaning! I had to resolve an emergency clean and done within 24 hrs!!!

We utilized Coverall Commercial Cleaning Service of South Florida for our building, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely poor. The affiliates they assign are not professional, and the quality of their cleaning is consistently substandard.

The most recent affiliate we were assigned—Jonathan & Darielys Cleaning Services Corp.—was by far the worst company we have ever worked with. They prefer to work after hours, and yet when staff arrive the next morning, the building looks as if it has not been cleaned at all. Floors are left unswept in multiple areas, surfaces are not properly maintained, and the only task performed consistently is emptying the garbage. It feels as though they rely on that one visible action to mask the fact that true cleaning was never done.

Equally concerning is Coverall’s lack of accountability. We reported issues with multiple franchisees on three separate occasions. Rather than addressing the problems or providing effective solutions, Coverall dismissed our concerns. At one point, the owner even told us they would not reassign another cleaning team if we were dissatisfied again. This level of disregard for client satisfaction is unacceptable.

Additionally, their contract is written in a way that absolves Coverall of responsibility for their franchisees’ performance. If you have a problem, you are left to deal with it on your own.

In short: do not use this company. You will waste your money and end up with a facility that is not properly cleaned. If you are considering Coverall, read the contract very carefully before signing—because it will protect them, not you.

SOLID did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in our office! We've tried traditional steam cleaning companies in the past and they didn't come close to the clean that SOLID was able to provide. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a carpet/flooring clean, whether it be a deep clean or routine maintenance.
