Air Supply Company serviced our air conditioner with perfection. Daniel the manager and Manny the technician worked with us to ensure that we received excellent service for a fair price. The capacitors were placed - one for the motor and the other one was for the compressor. I would highly recommend this company to meet your air conditioning needs. The air conditioner is back on track, cooling our home. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this company! They were very professional & knowledgeable. When other companies couldn’t fix my ac this company did!! They were quick and fixed the unit in one day. They did upsell me with extra services. They are heavy on the up sells. I allowed some up selling on parts as I wanted the unit to be covered under a maintenance contract once it was repaired. It broke again the next day, different issue but it was repaired for free thanks to the contract.
Asked if they would install a split unit for me I purchased online at a VERY good sale price and I was told "we don't do that'. They would sell me a split unit and install it but they would not install the one brand new in the box I bought. Guessing they would not make enough profit from just the installation and need the extra profit from selling the unit as well? Not sure.
So the service manager called me and explained the logic behind the policy. Seems when people buy their own hardware sometimes they thing the people installing said hardware need to warranty it. This isn't fair to the installers. So they don't install what they don't sell for this reason. A much better reason then we just don't do that.
I got the unit installed and they agreed to come and charge it with Refrigerant for me. The price for Refrigerant is fair as well and they will come out the day after I called which is quick considering I called after 4 PM.
I will stick with these guys as we now have a good working relationship with clear and open communication.

Setting an appointment was easy, they were able to schedule me in last minute. Jose was the technician, he was very polite, professional and answered all my questions. The tech spotted the issue right away, my transformer needed to be replaced, he also noticed some wiring needed to be fixed. I am very pleased with the service, the price $$ and will be recommending, thank you Eda, Rita and Jose !!

Excellent service! Jose Luis was a fantastic technician. I got a same day appointment, they were home within two hours, got an accurate diagnostic of what was going on, and very fair pricing. Another place I called wanted to sell me a new A/C unit without even taking a look.

I would not recommend this company. I called for someone to come out to perform routine AC maintenance on my units. The tech came out and looked at my units and told me I need $3K worth of cleaning done. I told them I would review the quote later and call back to schedule if I decided to book them. However, they were really pushing for me to book the service immediately by calling me literally no less than 5 times within 30 minutes of leaving. After not answering the phone (because I was in a meeting), the technician knocked on my door and told me that the office is asking for me to answer my phone. I told the technician I was in work meetings and I have no intention to book to the service now so I will call back when I am ready. It was absolutely bizarre that they called so many times immediately after leaving after I explicitly said I would review their quote at a later time. It was even more bizarre that the technician was lingering around my house/ gated community after he left my property and came knocking on door asking me to answer the office's phone call. Once I picked up the office's call, they said they can do the service immediately and I had to repeat my answer to them again and decline their service until I fully reviewed their quote.

I ended up having 3 other AC companies come out and no other company told me I needed to have my ducts cleaned because it was affecting my unit performance. All of the other companies had similar recommendations and Air Supply's recommendation was the outlier. The outrageous cost/recommendation, badgering phone calls and lingering employees truly made me feel like this company was trying to scam me into unnecessary services.

Went through about 4 companies, started with the big ones, had a handler blower motor going bad on an older system, other companies wouldn't even give it a shot, just said need new system. Air Supply responded within about an hour of my call, offered free estimate, found the right solution for the motor, cleaned the blower and installed all in a few hours. Older York system running just fine and saved the hassle of buying into a new system. I know at some point I will need a new one, but if you can extend the life and save money, sometimes it's just the easier way to go. Manny was honest and thorough, wasn't trying to sell me anything, just gave me a good analysis and solution.

Look, just do not do it, walk away, better yet run, what a total nightmare! Overcharging for freon to upping the bill, to coming back and the taking the extra freon out and charging for it. To having an old man yell at me, like it was my fault.

What can you do at this point? I was devastated how I was treated on the phone. This orig review was on yelp, but since google has dominated the space I moved it over to google and actually got a response. No one shoud talk that way to a paying customer especially when the company was in the wrong.

I would highly recommend the two technicians who did the job for their exceptional duct cleaning service. I appreciated the attention to detail shown by them during the duct cleaning process. They went above and beyond to ensure every part of the system was cleaned properly. Moreover, during their inspection, they noticed that my AC unit was dirty and promptly proceeded to clean it as well. The technicians were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable

Renny and Eda from customer service were both excellent, they made our experience easy and seamless. Our Technician’s Jose and George are awesome, they worked really hard on fixing our ac and did a fantastic job.

This company provided a fair price on a 4 Ton AC replacement. The employees work swiftly and clean. Nice job. Thank you.

I have been a happy customer for about 5 years. Very fair pricing and everyone I have met at air supply have not only been very professional, they are also good people.

I have recommended them to friends and even for a warehouse I help manage. They are honest, turn up on time or early (sometimes) and they do a good job.

I trust them. I am on a maintenance contract for 2 maintenance visits a year, but if I have additional problems .. they come out for no charge. They tell me the truth if I need additional upkeep on 3 home ac units and they also tell me when I am good. Their prices are fair.

They have cleaned my ac system inside and the vents.. and also the outside coils. They have also repaired when I have a Freon leak and installed a nest thermostat for me. The maintenance contract comes with 1 gallon of Freon, any additional you have to pay for. They take photos of all their work to keep as a record. Just really good guys.

Daniel the manager, Eda in the office… Santiago, Frank, Manny and Jon .. are all lovely people. I had Jon yesterday, first time with him. And noticed he was very conscientious to do a great job

I found this company through Angie's List - they responded quickly to my post, arranged a service visit on the same day, and got to work as soon as they found the problem. While the cost of home repairs can get high, they were fully transparent and walked me through the process.

They came to fix my Mom's house in the middle of a heat wave in Miami - I cannot thank them enough for everything, they pretty much saved her life (you know how hot it gets down here!)

UPDATE: After posting my review, Air Supply A/c Services reached out. We discussed my grievances and they made sure to send out Jose who is probably the best A/C technician I have met. Jose went above and beyond to ensure no stone was left unturned and did not leave until the air conditioner was up and running again and running even cooler than it ever had. The company picked up the bill and still offered all the warranties associated with their work. For that, I am changing my 1-star review to a 5-Star review. Thank you again.

If you don't know your stuff, they may seem good but this guy takes advantage of anyone he can. First off, I hired these guys to put a new AC unit in my home and don't get me wrong, the installers and people who work for the owner are great but the owner screws you out of anything he can. He purchased the WORST ac unit which I have had nothing but problems with from day 1. On top of that, any time it needed service, he made sure to do everything except use my warranty until it was the last and only option. The guy is a scam artist. Be sure to shop around before using this crook.

Truly amazing! Here in Miami all I’ve had are scammers and these ridiculous companies make up any and every price and just do nothing! But this company legit they did it all, we were having problems with our one A/C unit and turns out the entire thing was frozen bc it needed a really deep clean anyway they didn’t just do the same scale they all do and charge an arm and a leg to just blow some dust out the way.. they legit took both units apart took them outside and thoroughly cleaned them and I mean cleaned them spotless I was like omg, and our outside unit they thoroughly cleaned! And they did not overcharge at all, they took apart both our inside units took them outside to clean thoroughly and sanitize and replaced our old insulated foam, added more Freon to both! They took before and after photos to my email so we could see the before and after for ourselves! So glad I found a great company that isn’t a scam and over charges! For everything it was 2700$ and that is a good deal! We literally have two brand new A/C units and the air blows better and is cooler! Very happy

I called for a quote and was happy to learn a tech would come out to physically for a free estimate. I was also happy to speak with Samuel on the first call and not a voice box. A huge Plus!
Eric & Adrian, the service techs were on time and called prior to arrival. They immediately checked both the AC and Compressor and had the office provide a final quote.
Daniel, the manager kindly explained the cost of the job and we agreed to have the service done right then.
The technicians quietly and quickly began to work. Meanwhile, Renny ,from the office, called to make me aware of other services they could perform in order to protect and extend the life of the unit. She never pushed anything on us but kindly answered my questions. Again, she gave me the additional quote to consider and I agreed to it. The cost was reasonable considering the scope of work to be done and the unit's age.

I highly recommend Air Supply AC Services and will continue to use them for future maintenance. Everyone was polite and respectful and I hope you can consider giving them a try.
