I was told by the technician that my 11-year-old AC unit needed to be completely replaced due to its age and outdated refrigerant, and I was given a quote for over $5,000. I decided to get a second opinion before committing to such a major expense, and another company was able to repair the unit for around $500. I feel this was misleading and not honest. I understand businesses need to make money, but customers also deserve transparency and fair recommendations.

Very professional immediately when I call someone picked up the phone send agent immediately with all the paper that needed. It was a complex situation with the AC and the solve the problem with a minimum payment. I called other company and their prices was much higher if I can summarize into words Great job👍👍

Incorrect and misleading from the beginning. To make the long story short, what they say over the phone is completely different that what you get once they arrive. I would advise to go with another company. They will over price the job. If you are ok with paying double the amount, then go for it. I got another company to do the same thing for half the price. Stay away from this one, my advise.

Extremely dedicated, honest and professional. The expert admitted that the issue with our furnace was related to a power connection that was left unattached as a result of a prior service call. As such, there was no charge for the service and the unit was connected properly and functioning fully within minutes. Very happy!!
