Thrilled to find this contractor. Owner and son team. He is a highly skilled, honest, reliable and reasonable. Our deck turned out stellar! Perfectionsit even added hurricane straps to the pergola. All the neighbors are raving. Earned a customer for future projects. Thank you thank you Mr. Parke and Mathew! celebrating mothers day this weekend on the new deck!

Wycliffe and his crew are great. They installed a roof over my patio and it turned out exactly how I wanted it at a good price. Wycliffe is very responsive, was able to get a hold of him every time I needed, the work was scheduled and done in very little time. Also I had some schedule conflicts and they were able to accommodate patiently to my needs.

Half price Construction is a company that I would kindly recommend just about every one to. This team works tirelessly to make sure you are satisfied when they are through. They give you an estimate and before you know it they're on the job. I'm telling you their productivity is remarkable and outstanding. So please if your looking to upgrade your home inside and out this is a company you can trust. Take it from me you won't regret it.

Am a homeowner in a South Beach condo with 400 residential units. Capital Construction recently completed a project with a lot of complexity. Every construction project will encounter issues. It’s unavoidable. All you want as a customer is a contractor that can resolve the problem quickly and finish the project to the requirements, on budget and on time. Capital Construction did that and more.

Great service and extremely professional. Steve, Todd, and Sergio have been great to work with. Highly recommend for any interior/exterior repaint and interior renovation.

Capital was thorough, quick, and responsive throughout the entire project. They went above and beyond the normal call of duty to make the project as unobtrusive as possible to our residents. If you have any minor issues after the job is completed, you will never have a problem getting Capital to come back and rectify any situation. Justin and team were very communicative and we would welcome them to come back and bid on any other work we need.

Being my second experience with Capital Services (they did an amazing job on our exterior concrete restoration in 2020), I was once again impressed by how they delivered professional project coordination and excellent communication every single step of the way. The team was not only highly skilled but also kind and friendly, making the process seamless and enjoyable. Their collaboration and commitment to the board and all of the association exceeding expectations truly set them apart.
