Reviews of local pros in Miramar, Florida

We recently had the please of having Capital Contractor Services complete our new office build-out for our engineering firm. The experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and highly organized throughout the entire process.

From the initial planning stages to the final walk-through, communication was very clear and consistent. They kept us updated on progress, addressed any questions promptly, and always offered practical solutions when adjustments were needed. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, which speaks volumes about their commitment and attention to detail.

We are now all moved and settled into our new office. Our staff and clients have already commented on how impressive and functional the new space feels.

We truly appreciate the dedication and integrity Capital Contractor Services brought to this project. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled general contractor for office projects. Lastly, I'd like to give a special and sincere acknowledgement to Sergio with Capital Contractor Services. He was their "boots on the ground" and did a great job handling all of the daily management of the space, organizing work crews, addressing inspectors, and much more.

Absolutely amazing experience working with Argon Construction on our house renovation. From the first meeting with Elvedin to the final cleaning everything was first rate and high class. Highly recommended!

We renovated our entire home with Elvedin and his team. They are determined to demonstrated. Very organization from pre-permit planning through completion: materials were ready ahead of permit approvals, and once approved, the project moved quickly and efficiently. The renovation was finished in 30 days, within inspections passed. Very concise, and Excellent General Contractor. Highly recommend.

We have 2 remodeling jobs done by Jorge Cermeno from Consmart Construction. One was a complete redo to our primary residence and we are extremely happy with the end result. The second one is a investment property which he also did an amazing job with. We totally recommend him. Jorge is amazing to work with, extremely organized and reliable.

Jorge is a rare find. He is super honest and knowledgable. A friend recommended him when I purchased my house and thought it needed work in the crawl space. Jorge came with his engineer and after inspection told me that the house was in perfect shape and needed no fixing. I was amazed at his honesty. He could have easily charged me even if he did nothing since I had no way of finding out. Since then, he is my go to person for everything. You will not regret working with him!

Amazing! We hired Consmart with Jorge to do some extensive work on our new house. I cannot have been happier with their work. Everything was completed on time and looks great. The work was done precisely and Jorge is incredibly easy to reach and stay in contact with throughout. We look forward to working with them more for many years to come.
