I am really impressed with his ability to work with me by explaining and following through on his word. I had the misfortune of needing Grand Rooter to come out twice to repair two separate slab leaks. Both times, the work was excellent and timely. In addition, after my insurance company was giving me issues, Alex continued to help me out until my issue was 100% resolved. He is great. In addition, his work crew was also fantastic. They keep the job site clean, the showed up when they said they would, and answered my questions whenever I had them. Grand Rooter is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.
