Once you find a trustworthy A/C company you stick with them! And these guys are top notch straight shooters! My A/C stopped working after a power outage. I called another company WHAT A MISTAKE! That other company came out and in the first 20 mins and without any diagnosis tried to sell me an ‘electrical rebuild’ for 1,700 to start and see if that fixes it. If not I would need a new unit. All Star came in first thing the next morning, performed extensive electrical diag and found that the issue was a failed float switch. Less than $200 and my A/C was fixed!! Not all heroes wear capes but these guys should! Wyatt and Tyler took their time making sure they diagnosed the whole system, double checked everything when they were done and explained everything to me. DON’T TAKE A CHANCE WITH THE REST, GO WITH THE BEST! ALL STAR FOR THE WIN!!!

We recently had our AC unit replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Frankie and Gary were awesome! They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Both took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured the installation went smoothly. The new system works perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing AC work done!

Highly recommend this company, every interaction was positive, from scheduling and working with my busy schedule to the service techs, they were polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get my AC working again. They give you a 2 hour window and appreciate that they texted when they were 3-45 mins out which gave me flexibility to run errands. Great experience!

Excellent customer service. Tiffany found an opening with my tight schedule and made it work! Once Nick (tech) arrived he diagnosed problem with a couple minutes. AC was back up and running within 20 mins! Great job team!

I have been working with All Star at 8 different properties for 10+ years. They are terrific.

I recently had my AC replaced that had lasted 18 years. Being it was winter and there was no rush to buy like in summer, I was able to shop around and get various quotes. All Star was recommended by my family and friends that have used them for nearly 20 years, but I wanted second opinions. After multiple quotes, All Star had the best value compared to their competitors and were able to work around my schedule for the install. I went with a Daikin Fit (DZ6VS outdoor unit) and variable speed air handler, which has been working amazingly. Hopefully it lasts many years and I highly recommend them!

All Star Heating & Cooling of Central Florida has done all the A/C installations for my house. This time they installed a mini-split unit in my master suite. Their installers are polite and efficient, and the office is responsive when you call with questions. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I recommend this company.

The owner contacted me and because communication is the key to good focused customer service. I’m upgrading to five stars. My assessment is that communication to expectations was implied versus specific.

Review: Had a Saturday service call. Unit flipping from cool mode to heat mode when it cycled back on - resulting in a very HOT house. Tech did not successfully nail down the issues. I’ll concede that it was more than likely a combination of several small issues leading into one big issue.

I was unhappy, but let me just say, the owner got involved and based on my reasoning for several reasons. He values his customers, he cares about his employees (company) and he’s committed to excellence service. This is a win-win for current or future customer.

For my part, I jumped the gun and wrote a two star review that hindsight told me was unfair as I should have called the office - communication - that was on me. After a lengthy conversation with the owner, I recognized this on my behalf and made it right. Customer service at All Star is Five Stars hands down.

Now, make no mistake about it. I will give a one, two or three star review. Trust me people work hard to earn those reviews. When they earn em, I give em.

That’s not the case with All Star. I could have deleted the review and started over, but it’s important for people considering using All Star to look at the owners detailed response. It’s thorough and epic! I for one added a couple stars just because he cared to respond.

This company was amazing from the intake who took my call all the way to the boss! They were quick and efficient not to mention very reliable. Within 24hours of having a tech come out I have a brand new unit I couldn't be happier.

The first AC company I called told me I needed $7,000 in repairs. They recommended I may as well replace my entire unit. I never heard how much that would be as they had to send a second person out to discuss that (salesman? You know what that means). I called All Star for a second opinion on the price if not the diagnosis (my AC still ran fine it was just making an odd noise). Nick arrived on time, was super friendly, and in less than 30 minutes he had diagnosed and repaired the issue for $180 total.

I've been working with All Star since 2018 where they installed all new duct work and put in a mini-split. Les the owner was on site and made sure everything ran smoothly. A few years later purchased two AC units and today installing another for my detached apartment. Throughout the years, there are three major factors that stand out - great customer service (across the company), they are there when they say they are going to be there and great pricing. Highly recommend.

Technician was very thorough and did everything and went above and beyond to get to the reason why my A/C wasn’t working. The drain pipe was clogged again and he unclogged and cleaned it as it happened the last time. These guys are on top of things and I’m very grateful and happy that I’ve continued calling Genaro.
