Jason & Kyle were superb! They quickly fixed our dishwasher and kept the area spotless. This is the second time we've used RoadRunner and both times the customer service was amazing. The owner Justin is an honest hardworking guy and his leadership is reflected in his employees. There is NO reason to consider any other company for appliance repair.

My washing machine needed repairs, and RoadRunner Appliance Repair was recommended by another repair company who didn’t work on my brand. I had a couple of problems, one of them being a leak that another repair company could not find the source of. Justin came out quickly, and within a couple of minutes diagnosed the leak. Shortly after, he figured out my other issue. The entire call was less than 30 minutes. He ordered the necessary part and installed it the day after it was received. My washer was only down for a few days instead of weeks as it has been in the past when repairs were needed. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and even did a quick repair on another issue he found while my machine was apart. He and his office are very friendly, professional, and prompt. He was at my house when he said he would be, and I only had a 2-hour window. I didn't have to sit home for the entire day waiting for him. This is a company I highly recommend and will call the next time I need repairs on an appliance!

Justin was very quick to diagnose the issue we were having with our dishwasher. Parts were ordered and they arrived when we were told. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend Road Runner Appliance Repair for all your appliance repairs.

I used them last year to repair a dryer. They charge an upfront $150 diagnostic which they said would be applied to the repair. They then quoted me over $400 for the repair seen as I was already into it for $150 which I would get back I said go ahead. The final bill for the repair was 308 After the 150 was deducted. The dryer never ran right and eventually died but a month later for $150 diagnostic you should know what’s wrong. It’s a dryer. It’s not a freaking computer.

Justin arrived when he said he would. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Justin explained everything so we could understand the issue and even checked a couple of other appliances for us to make sure they were in good shape.

We will definitely use them as needed in the future.

I was overwhelmed with the service and going over. I called to have them look at a dishwasher and mentioned a problem with my Fridge that I was dealing with for over a year with the warranty company. He looked at it while here for no extra. The price for dishwasher it was better to buy a new one. The heaven sent was I was able to have them fix my Fridge and that my warranty paid them and it was completed in minutes after only taking a week to get the parts compared to over a year with the company my warranty was using. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed by Justin and his assistant. My dishwasher quit working, they ordered a part and that still would not work ( faulty wiring). I got a new dishwasher at a local place and had the new one installed. Through Roadrunner Appliance. Justin arrived when he said he would arrive, explained the details and offered me a discount. Highly recommend! .

Justin came out and misdiagnosed my leaking washing machine. He advised it was a door seal and it wasn’t even close. Something told me to get a second opinion and I did. The next guy came out, spent real time to figure out what was wrong and did. Clogged hose is all. I paid $160 for a trip fee and the guy that came out and fixed the issue for me at a 3rd of that price. Be careful out there and always get multiple estimates.

Road Runner appliance repair was awesome. I called and left a message and they returned my call promptly. I received an appointment on the same day, and Jason showed up promptly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed the issue with my LG dryer in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Road Runner.

We contacted this business on Sunday when they were closed and they still scheduled us for an appointment on Monday afternoon. Can you believe that! Our technician, Justin, did a fantastic job and replaced a part he already had in his vehicle. He also went through the dryer completely and checked and lubricated everything. So in essence we got a brand new dryer. Roadrunner appliance is simply the best no need to look anywhere else!

Justin knows his stuff but the $150 fee is too much to diagnose issues ESPECIALLY if issue is rather visible requiring little to no time and if client is close by. At any rate, I know the trip fee gets applied towards repair but what if you decide you can fix for cheaper or yourself, lost money! Appliances repairs have gotten expensive just like everything else. Try fixing yourself if at all possible or shop around.

Justin did a wonderful repair job on our GE glass top stove. He's proficient, courteous, and professional. I will not hesitate to call Roadrunner in the future.

Not wishing my appliances to go on the blink, but, if they do, I’m calling RoadRunner. Yesterday I emailed them describing issues with our washer. They replied promptly to say it would be better to get a new one then get this one repaired. Then they promptly responded to our next email re recommendations for best washer brand to buy.
