Justin identified and repaired our LG refrigerator water dispenser issue. An appointment was made and he came prepared and in the time frame. He is KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly and patient. Reasonable price and great service. Definitely recommend RoadRunner Appliance Repair!!!

Just used RoadRunner to repair my Samsung dryer (one month out of manufacturer's warranty). They provided next day service at a very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely used them again. RECOMMEND!!

What a great experience. Justin was in my home for my washer. Within 45 minutes, he diagnosed the issue and replaced the drain pump for a very reasonable price. I will be calling them for any appliance issues and will recommend them to anyone!

I recently regretted doing business with RoadRunner Appliance Repair. When I called them, they required a prepaid $160 trip fee, which I found odd, but since it was applied to the repair, I paid it. RoadRunner visited and determined my dryer needed a control board, which they ordered. About two weeks later, the technician arrived with the part and began working in my utility room without announcing his presence. After installing the control board and even replacing the motor, the technician, named Justin, declared the dryer unrepairable.

I contacted the company after he left because I was very unhappy that my dryer was left in pieces, with none of the internal components connected. I spoke with the office manager, who informed me that their policy is to leave unrepairable items disassembled. After much discussion, I was refunded the initial $160 trip charge.

Based on RoadRunner's assessment, I purchased a new dryer, installed it, and encountered the same issue: the unit would turn on and immediately shut off. I checked the electrical connection and discovered a neutral fault in the outlet. The outlet should have been the first thing the technician checked, but instead, they destroyed a perfectly good dryer. Their incompetence has cost me the $800 I paid for the old dryer and $500 for the less expensive replacement. On 11/25/24 I requested a call from the owner to discuss options for resolution, but my request has not yet been honored.

This company was excellent: prompt and flexible scheduling to come check out and repair my washer, the technician came on time, explained the process and fixed the problem quickly and left no mess. Overall, very professional and easy to work with. Thumbs up!!!

Very great service! Fast and efficient. I purchased a washer and dryer used, and the washer started leaking. I was worried I may have bought an item that doesn’t work properly. I contacted for a maintenance check up on the washer and dryer to see if it would be an easy fix or if I would need to repair or replace the washer. They came out same day!!!! They were able to diagnose and repair something loose in the washer. He even left us with some goodies to clean the washer, to help with the mildew smell, as well as, a new dryer vent for the dryer. It was well worth a house call to have peace of mind and a working washer and dryer. Very thankful to not be overcharged or charged for things I don’t even need! Jackie provided great customer service over the phone from the get go! She reassured me they would take care of me and not charge for anything that’s not needed. I am so thankful for the speedy, kind, and honest work that was provided to me same day!!! We have been without a washer and dryer since October when our home flooded, so this definitely made my day!!! Will certainly call them again with any appliance needs. It’s hard to find honest work these days that is friendly and customer based. AND SAME DAY SERVICE!! ON A FRIDAY!! Thank you guys for everything!!

Great work! Justin and Jackie at Road Runner are super fabulous. Justin knows his appliances and fixed my dishwasher in less than 15 minutes. (Replaced my motor) I definitely recommend Road Runner!

Justin from RoadRunner Appliance Repair is honest and shows up on time. Their office returns calls immediately. RoadRunner has successfully serviced an upright refrigerator/freezer and a washer. They are very pleasant and efficient and I would absolutely recommend them!

This morning I met Jacki at Road Runner and it was absolutely in the Stars. My washer needed a new pump and I didn't know which way to turn. She was extremely kind and helpful and to make things better she brought along Jason who was a superhero and put the Runner and Road Runner! It was a very speedy service filled with kindness and understanding for my situation. I absolutely spent money that I did not expect but Jacki explained every step of the way why it was worth it and earned my trust. Sometimes kindness and a little bit of information can go a long way Jason showed me every part that caused the matter, and even left my washer in better condition than it was before! Second install from the Jimmy's a/c bubbas. The two heat pumps at my house were "veterans" and needed to be gracefully retired, one unit a year ago and the second unit replaced today. Excellent result and we added UV sterilization lights to take care of molds, viruses, and bacteria. The Jimmy's guys know their stuff and took the time to do the install right the first time. Thumbs-up all the way around. 👍👍👍👍

REMODEL/ELECTRIC JOB: Was talking to my neighbor and he casually said 'You should get a bid' from Jimmy's Elec in Mt. Dora.
I called and Matt and his son Matt Jr. came right out. Had a good feeling about them, so I hired them to do a complicated remodel.
First day of the job Matt Jr. shows up with 4 other young men. We are now 3 full working days into the project and I could NOT wait to come to the computer and post a 5 star review. To keep this short here are some random words I have from this experience so far... Polite, Crazy Fast, Neat and Tidy, and Smart. Any electrician can read plans - install wires etc. Matt jr. & Anthony and the entire young crew while here in my home have made me feel like I am their grandma or aunt. So, sweet and caring!
