Great company. Fast efficient service. Lukas was very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was wrong with my washer and dryer. Fixed it quickly, was on time , very clean, reasonable prices. Did not try to sell you something you didn't need. Highly recommend this company. Best service I've ever gotten in Naples.

A friend ,whom has used All About Appliances services in the past, gave me their number when I needed my oven repaired. So glad he did! I have spoken with Lucas, to schedule my appointment, Keanu , who came to check the problem, and Lucas’s wife, Jane , who followed up with me. Each and everyone of them were most professional, honest and so very kind. Their estimate was even better than I had expected, and they were able to receive parts and return in just a matter of a few days.
I had decided, due to the age of my appliance, to replace it. However, these are the people, the Company, that I will definitely call on in the future for any further appliance repairs! And, would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends in need of their services. What a terrific find !!

I call All About Appliances on 2/1/2024 and they came the next day. I needed a fan replaced and was told they didn’t have the part. They would have to order it and it would take at least 3 days before they got it. I had a renter in the unit and could not wait 3 days or longer to have it fixed. I went to Lowe’s that day and ordered a refrigerator and got it the next day. I was charged $108.00 for the visit. I also had to reimburse the renter for the food she lost.

This is our third time using All About Appliances and Lukas Ramirez is one of the best service people we've ever hired. He's responsive; knowledgeable; timely and couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend him!

We had Lukas arrive today to fix our dryer. He immediately diagnosed what was the problem and had the part with him. He had a great attitude and provide great service. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

We have used Lukas from All About Appliances several times. He has repaired our dishwasher, hot water heater and installed a new ice maker in our refrigerator. Lukas is always prompt, professional and a very knowledgeable repairman. I definitely recommend Lukas.

Lukas from All About Appliances is a good as it gets when it comes to repairing your appliances. We have used him a few times and he is fair, honest, reliable and punctual. He has a great personality and knows everything about fixing your appliance. We have a 15 year old refrigerator and he went out of his way to find a part that was discontinued.

Very professional and punctual. Didn’t waste our time or money coming out and giving us an estimate in person. Instead he knew right away what the problem was once explained to him what was going on with our ice maker and water filter. He ordered the product and installed it as soon as it arrived. Great guy! After seeing a few good reviews mentioning reasonable pricing I put a call into All about Appliance Service and Repair. The belt in our dryer broke, I had the belt off but was unable to get at the motor. Lukas came out and had it repaired in 30 min. I knew the belt cost about $20, so I expected a bill for around $150. Lukas informed me it was $325 for a 30 min fix and a $20 part. Beware, these guys are a rip off.

Update. So this morning I recieve a call from Lukas yelling about me leaving him a bad review. He asked why I didn't refuse the repair. I explained that at that point the repair had already been complete. Further, I did in fact question him as to why it was so high. I see in his reply he stat that the price was given beforehand. This is completely untrue. I've also checked around and could not find anyone quoting such a high price. He did show up the next day and the repair was done in under 30 min. But, for his prices and lack of professionalism I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Called All About Appliance to have my refrigerator and dishwasher repaired.
Lukas answered promptly and gave us a time frame for the same day.
He arrived within the stated time and diagnosed the problem right away.
He was very professional, honest, and his charge was reasonable.

Lukas has fixed multiple appliances in our rental beach house on Marco. They have all been emergencies and he's always come over the same day even if he has to work late to do it. Very fair and honest pricing, plus he stands behind his repairs. He replaced a part on something that ended up not being the problem and he returned at no charge to fix it again. We trust him to go into our home when nobody is there. I don't see any reason why we would ever use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Lukas provides exceptional service. He arrived on time, same day, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He is responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and skilled. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, but you can count on Lukas to exceed expectations.
