Very happy I selected Quantum to install our Tesla charger in the garage. From the initial phone call to the wave goodbye, the guys couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. Carlos schedules the time based on when you think your charger is coming plus a day or two lead time. Once confirmed, the guys were there at 8AM and finished by 10AM. They put a drop cloth down on their own and there was no sign of the work being done when they left—very tidy. They do other things like landscape lighting and audio visual too. It’s very clear from speaking to the guys on the job that they really like and are loyal to their boss/owner, Carlos. I highly recommend this local business!

The team at quantum have earned 100% of trust. I’ve used thier services about 4 seperate times and each time they exceed mg expectations not only in quality but efficiency.
I feel they are also very affordable especially considering the difficulty level of some jobs. I had them install a battery back up smart panel which most companies would probably be too afraid to do something out of the ordinary, but they researched how to complete the job and properly installed it the same day.
Also if you need an electric car charger these guys should be your go to guys for this job as well. EM

I met the Quantum team this past February and had them initially hang 2 - flat screen TVs in our new home. I am a particular person and care very much for a professional job and also someone who would be sure to keep the work area clean. Carlos and his team were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and did a super job at a very fair price. Since then he has handled installing several ceiling lighting fixtures, smart light switches, and ceiling fans. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Carlos and his team to help hide our tv mount cables for my mom and she was super happy. He did a great job and helped clean up after he was done with the install. Very professional.

Low quote among 4 companies and I found out why. They would show up at differing times. Likely during breaks from other jobs. They never worked a full eight hours as they would come up with various reasons why they needed to leave. We had to call them several times to see if they were coming. Hi and bye are not in their vocabulary, actually bordering on rude. Having worked with tradesmen in my life I didn’t have confidence they had a sound grasp of their profession. They may be more in their element with commercial work. They disconnected a ceiling light/fan in an adjacent room for no reason. They failed the rough inspection once and the final as well. I called Lou to come back for a small correction so I could pass the final, no reply. I would not hire them for any electrical job.

We had flickering lights and appliances were cycling off and on. It was a dangerous situation. We called on a Monday and they said they could get there on Wednesday. They called back and said they could come on Tuesday given the circumstances. They finished their job on Monday and Lou asked if he could come by then. He diagnosed what was wrong went and got the parts and fixed it within a half hour! We were so grateful. Lou is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing! We have found our electrical superhero!!!

Any company can do an easy job. My job presented some real challenges and 3 Palms came through with the highest degree of professionalism. Highly recommended.
