We were 100% satisfied with the excellent service we received from Martha, Hector and J.D. at Kingdom Electric. We needed some improvements/upgrades on an urgent basis and they were able to schedule the service call in less than 24 hours. Hector and J.D. were very professional, worked quickly and carefully and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. The price was very reasonable and lower than others I spoke with.

Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

A separate company hired this company to be subcontractors for my electrical and automation needs for a remodel. Saying nothing about the other company, there is ZERO dispute on the responsiveness and quality of work from the employees of arrow electric, ESPECIALLY Scott. Their work was the highest quality and met my expectations. Unless it were an issue because of who hired them, I would love to use them again. Regardless, I strongly recommend that you use them for your applicable needs.

I use Bates Electric at all of my properties, and they are great! Leonard was my electrician today and he was awesome! I am always satisfied.

Hired these guys to install a 50 amp power inlet. Tech showed and said he needed to get parts. Came back and installed a 50 amp outlet and charged $210 for materials. Called them back to replace it and I provided the correct parts. Tech switched the parts, took the outlet and told me to call the office for a refund of the materials. I've called and emailed repeatedly and get no response. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.

I'm happy to recommend this firm, as they were honest and straightforward about the cost. Their service was worth the money, and proper electrical work was done throughout!

Ryan B. did a fantastic job running my internet (coaxial) from ground floor to upstairs office room-- up through one wall, into and across attic. and down another wall. He should receive hazard duty pay for crawling through the attic.

$560 to change out my entry chandelier and replace 3 bulbs on a 10 ft ceiling is over the top expensive. The electricians were very nice but their service time of 2.5 hours x 2 plus service call charge I think resulted from being exhausted from 2 previous jobs. I also tipped them $60 before I saw the bill. Being generous with my approximation… job should have been no more than $400.

Bates Electric is an excellent, honest, company with reliable, knowledgeable & friendly electricians. I was replacing an old tankless hot water heater with a new one.Their estimate was far below others I’d received & the charge turned out to be even less! Elerio checked what needed to be done & William came & did the work. They were professional & efficient. I would recommend Bates Elecric very highly!
