Dan really helped us out in a bind and did a great job. He was very efficient and professional. Our regular cleaner, C&C Cleaners, didn't show up for our new renters and Dan came to the rescue on New Year's Eve for us at the last minute. We will be hiring Total Home Cleaners as our regular service. Thanks Dan!

I planned on using Total home cleanings just once when I had guests coming into town andI was seven months pregnant and unable to bend down. Now with a three month old I have made them my regular house cleaners. They are always very professional and accommodate me even when I’ve called with very little notice.

Five stars is just not enough that I can give to Total Home Cleaning Company. I purchased a condo to run as a short term rental in Naples. I interviewed a few companies because I wanted to be sure that I find someone reliable especially because I live out of state. This crew won me over from day one. They respond to emails and/or text messages within minutes. All my tenants love how clean the unit looks and smells when they stay in our place. I've had a couple of emergencies with minor repairs that needed to be taken care of while the tenant was there. Total Home was able to send out their handyman right away. They are also very reasonably priced.
This company is a one stop shop!

We used Total Home Cleanings for the first time last week and were very happy with them! Daniel was wonderful to work - he answered all of our questions and quoted us a very reasonable price. He even dropped by to check in during the cleaning. The women were very nice, thorough, and respectful. They finished our large home very quickly. I was especially impressed with our master shower- they removed orange stains from the marble tile that I’ve been trying to clean for a while! And I appreciated the little touches like the toilet paper and tissue flowers :) We look forward to having them again in the future!

Have been using Total Home for about 2 months, am very happy with their services. The owner Dan is very hands on, he does a walkthrough on the first visit, makes a list of what your preferences are and uses that list weekly. If you require a special service or a change of date, he is readily available to make that change. The girls do a wonderful job of making sure that the house is clean, dusted and in perfect condition when you return home. I would highly recommend them.

Total Home Cleanings does a fantastic job of cleaning my vacation property in Naples in between renters. Their cleaning ladies are extremely thorough with a fine attention to detail. The supervisors are awesome, and I can tell that this company really cares about the quality of its work and providing excellent customer service.

The house was left a complete disaster before my clients move-in I had to call total home cleaning last minute to see if they could at least get the thick of it. Well Daniel jumped to get me 2 girls last minute and they absolutely did a 5* job. They went above and beyond and we're really able to get the house looking brand new. Total Home Cleanings has done a wonderful job cleaning our home. They are reliable, detail oriented & open to feedback. I always know the days the cleaners have come, as one of our ladies always folds the toilet paper in a pretty design :) They are also proactive in bringing things to our attention. Dan (the owner) communicates well, so there are no surprises, and the cleaners are professional. They also accept credit cards, which takes the hassle out of writing checks. Dan Caruso, the owner, was prompt, friendly and very professional. He put my mind at ease when I told him we needed to schedule a thorough cleaning as soon as possible after having a full house, with 5 teenagers visiting. He was able to schedule our cleaning the very next day. I requested his team use some additional products that I would provide (eg, a steam vacuum) and without hesitation they were happy to accommodate. They left my house "immaculate - literally floors gleaming and home smelling so clean" - a direct quote from my husband who's there while I'm out of town. Furthering the point, my husband is not so domesticated and would not normally comment on a clean home. ;-) We will continue to use Total Home Cleanings on a regular basis. I highly recommend working with Dan and his very kind team.

I have referred them to 10 others who are all pleased with their quality of work. The owner arranges the scheduling and they accept credit cards if you prefer that method for payment.
