Jeremy and his wife Sarah are incredible! In the almost 20 years of living in Naples I've come across VERY few business that are as well run as this! As a Realtor it's important that the people I refer say what they do and do what they say. Bella Lawn Maintenance ALWAYS comes through as promised and ALWAYS at a fair price. Jeremy and Sarah, (Bella), have been my landscapers, consultants, gardeners, and friends since 2017. They were there for their customers after hurricane Erma and were there for all of us after Ian. They have a unique landscaping design that utilizes native and hardy Florida plants. This, along with the hardscape they design creates a lush, carefree garden that enhances and compliments the homeowners property. Jeremy and Sarah are fair, honest and reliable and I would recommend them to any new homeowner or someone looking to update their current landscape and value of their home.

Our office and residents could not have been happier with the hard workmanship and services Jeremy, Sarah and there staff has provided us at Bear Creek. After Hurricane Irma hit. Jeremy, Sarah and there staff immediately took care of our community from start to finish. We could not asked for a better experience. They made sure all was taken care of and was an absolute smooth process overall. There services and professionalism for months has been a great example on the beautiful landscape results they have given our community. Have used Bella (Jeremy & Sarah) for over 5-years. Recently, things have begun to slip. When crews trim trees in garden areas they step on all my annual plantings, killing plants and leaving them there crushed. I spoke to Jeremy, oops, sorry. No new plants to replace them. Let it go. Two weeks ago the crew sprayed weed killer on my new plantings, killing my Asian jasmine, over $600 worth of damage, including my time installing and caring for. What happens when I sent pictures> Crickets. NO RESPONSE. And when I finally get Jeremy on the phone by constantly calling? He says, Ready? He says "It is hard to control weeds, too much rain" Wait, this is not the issue! You have killed my plants... crickets, four emails now. Now response. He said he doesn't like to be yelled at. Don't bother, read the other negative reviews and you will understand. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR

I upgraded and replaced my old landscaping and Bella transformed my yard into "Bella Beautiful!" They also took responsibility when something didn't turn out quite right and fixed it to my total satisfaction. The owners Jeremy and Sarah, stand by their word and promises. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaping company they can depend on. The crew that works in my yard are also top notch and go the extra mile to make everything look wonderful.

I recently hired bella to do a complete renovation, from irrigation system to palm trees to sod to landscape lighting, as well as the pool deck pavers and the whole drive way pavers, i can tell you they weren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for i am absolutely thrilled in what they did. We had no clue on a design. Jeremy and Sarah designed a plan that was exactly what we wanted. There work is absolutely breath taking the work took awhile to do but worth the wait. We were extremely disappointed with our experience with Bella Landscape. The company on multiple occasions over promised and under delivered. We ended up parting ways before the end of a quarter million dollar project due to the inconsistent work and dishonest conversations. After further research we have found multiple other customers in our neighborhood experienced the same service. If you are looking for a professional partner to work with that is honest and trustworthy I would make a different choice.
