Jeremy & Sarah run a great family business. We’ve been with them since they started out and have recommended them to many neighbours. They always take care of us. Especially in an emergency!!!

We were very disappointed in the service and quality of the landscaping that was provided. What started out on a good note unfortunately left us with a bad taste in our mouth. In addition to planting a tree that was clearly broken and should never have been planted (we did get a credit ultimately), we had numerous plants show that they were dying out (literally watering them every day to no avail). To his credit, Jeremy did come out and and tell us that he was going to replace the plants, no problem. That said, that was a month ago and after repeated promises to come back to the home and do the work, it was never done and have not heard from him for a week. Unfortunately, and shame on me, I have already paid them in full.

We have dealt with an extensive number of contractors since we bought this home last year including a major remodeling. This is the only contractor that "over promised and under delivered".

Since the owner decided to respond to my initial review with some sugarcoated misdirection, I must respond.

In the first place, planting a broken tree, then offering to replace it, and then not doing that, has NOTHING to do with our current landscaper responsible for our community.

The owner did come out and offer to replace the plants that were dying out out. This had NOTHING to do with the landscaper for our community. The landscaper for our community has not sprayed anything on those plants. In fact, the owner suggested that my pest control company come out and spray insecticide and then fungicide once he replanted the replacement plants, which I was prepared to do (and have since done). I asked three or four times via phone and text if Bella would warranty their plants. I NEVER received a response to that questions so I should have known.

As I mentioned in the earlier part of the review, the Owner did come out and look at the dying plants as well as the broken tree which needed to be staked properly and hopefully it would live. He even counted the number of plants (15) that he needed to replace and he absolutely assured us that it would be taken care of.

On 2 or 3 occasions after that he said he would be coming to do the work, even telling us he would drop the materials one day and plant the next. He always had an excuse as to why he couldn't make it. This went on for 3 or 4 weeks and we finally had enough and thats when I wrote the review.

The bottom line is, and the reason I spent all this time on a review, is I hate promises that are made and not kept, especially when you spend quite a bit of money. Don't tell me you are going to get something done and then not follow through.

And lastly, the owner mentioned the previous 5 star reviews. The one prior to mine was 5 months ago. All the others are 2 or 3 years ago so not sure what has changed from a service standpoint but something clearly has.

5 ½ months ago we needed areas filled in with flowering plants. Jeremy, owner, advised us to use hibiscus plants for a cost of $1,670.00. After approximately 1 month they had developed fungus/bug issues which kept the plants from blooming. Jeremy stated he had other clients with the same problems and stated his company would remove the plants, of which they did, and we could replace them with something else. He refused to refund us the amount of $1,670.00. He promised to work with us on a design plan but never did. We repeatedly called him for help; Please know, it’s close to impossible to have him return voicemails and/or texts. Long story short, we left numerous messages to meet, 4 times he made an appointment with us and NEVER showed up or called/texted. The 5th time he finally came out and “promised” he would have our plant selection planted the following Wednesday. Bella Lawn Maintenance NEVER came, nor did we get a phone call. We had withheld 2 months lawn fee “hoping” to get Jeremy’s attention in order to talk to us and resolve our plant situation. Bella Lawn Service now refuses to purchase and plant our selection until the account is brought current. We believe Jeremy’s only intention is to keep our money and not honor his promises.

Regarding Bella's response: As you state "you set high standards for yourself" but never passed them on to your customers. In our opinion your company lacks integrity and honesty. You have not "reached out to us" to refund our money or plant the agreed upon plants. At this point, we only want our money back. Your response is not honest. Only what you think other customers will believe.

Very happy with Bella especially Filipe who is now in charge of the crew that maintains my property. He’s knowledgeable and very courteous. They do a wonderful job. I’m very satisfied. Thank you Filipe and Bella Lawn maintenance

Jeremy, Sarah and crew were such a pleasure to work with! We redid a lot of our landscaping here after neglect from a prior company and then Hurricane Irma came through and took out even more. They answered every phone call and text, usually within an hour, and even came by several times to walk through our entire site with recommendations and options. They handled all my internet research ideas with an open mind and had the knowledge to back up their opinions. They steered us in the right direction with plants that would be hardy for each individual area and lighting need. It was very refreshing to have this team work WITH us to create just what we wanted and deliver on what they said they would do and when it would be accomplished. The finished project is beautiful and just perfect for our needs. I have already recommended them to several neighbors and will continue to do so. Thank you so much!!

Sarah and Jeremy did an absolutely amazing job. I had no idea what I really wanted and they were able to walk me through the entire process to make sure I was very happy with what I was getting. I now have the nicest landscaping in the entire neighborhood and already have neighbors stopping by complimenting the work they did. Highly recommend them!
