We were fortunate to have chosen Earthcare for our landscaping makeover. Sean, Kris and their team were punctual and professional and exceeded our expectations. I know our neighbors appreciate the dramatic outdoor lighting they installed to enhance our landscape as much as we do. Kris's team pays attention to detail and are outgoing and very friendly. We have used Earthcare for the last 6 years and were happy with the service. Then suddenly our invoice increased by an unbelievable 60% for January. After voicing our disbelieve, we were simply told that we should have received an email a few month ago explaining the increase (which we never did receive such email, we have a detailed email log from the e-mail service provider). After responding that we never received that email and stating that this increase seems excessive, the responses was "We are not lowering the price, that is what we will be charging this year. If you wish to change companies, then that is completely up to you". Never seen such arrogance before.

The Earthcare team had a 'tall' task to replace a palm tree we lost in the area around our pool recently. Not only was it difficult to get to the spot (in a fenced yard in a small planting bed surrounded by travertine tile), once they removed the dead palm, they had to manually dig out the root to create space for the new palm, moving irrigation and existing landscaping in the process. THEN the Herculean task of manpower to bring in a new, mature palm through limited access areas. Six guys used their ingenuity, will and sheer strength to get the palm to its new home, place it and then return the area to its original look. The irrigation team followed up the next morning. We couldn't be happier with their work on this project and all that Earthcare does for us year-round for yard, plant, lighting and irrigation care. It's clear that the family-run business takes pride in its people, its work and their care of customers. Thank you Earthcare.

Kris and his professionals did a beautiful job changing the look of our home. We LOVE our new driveway design and the total change of all the plantings. I love coming home to the new look!

Earthcare is our new landscaping company for our complex. Their professionalism, quality of work, and responsiveness has been excellent! I just remodeled my back and side yard and they did an excellent job making it look awesome. They even used all of our old pots to maximize the look and reduce our cost. Kris, Angel, and the irrigation team have been great.

I have had issues with previous landscape companies in Naples.I contacted Earthcare and Kris came out and listen to my thoughts before coming up with his suggestions. Kris was spot on as to what should be done.It was a 4 day project but our yard looks better than it has in the 7 years we have live here. I received a fair quote and excellent service. Earthcare Landscape is one of a kind!! Absolutely beautiful designs and delivery on time, within budget and always gorgeous plants! They are lovely to work with and truly care about our property. They had us trimmed up and storm ready all summer and annual plants and mulch arrive on schedule. They even offer holiday tree trimming! Customer service is so rare these days I had to write a review. They are fantastic!!

Robert and his team, Marlon and Mario, are professional and provide excellent service. We recently contacted Robert about planting our summer flowers a few weeks early so we could enjoy them a little longer. The team was there with flowers planted within a few days and they look great! The Earthcare team is awesome to work with!

We welcome our new account rep, Amanda. She knows her stuff and is doing a great job keeping our home beautiful. And the teams of service guys....lawn, irrigation, tree trimers are all great. Nice guys and gals and enjoy chatting with them. Yesterday, they took all of my bags containing plant waste which I had done, rather than me having to take to curb for Naples pick-up. That says it all.

Rob and Jesus were amazing! From the moment Rob came to offer ideas for our project until completion the whole team was nothing but professional, friendly and committed to give us a beautiful outcome. Rob promised he’d take care of us from start to finish and he did! We’ll definitely have them back for out next project.
