Great customer service and Tyler is an outstanding representative of the company. The company sent a text with a photo of whom to expect and Tyler called when he was on the way. He went above and beyond with a plethora of toilet repairs and pipe checks following a water leak that tripled our regular water bill. The estimate exactly matched the final bill, with no hidden fees. Tyler was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. On a side note - he was very sweet and personable with my 90 year old mother. I would highly recommend Mike's Plumbing here in Naples. We will only use them for any future issues.

Matt and his colleague were very friendly and professional. They explained how to use our new water filtration system and they cleaned up at the end. Everything was perfect—highly recommend!

I needed to replace a toilet. Not knowing a plumber I just did an internet search and selected Mike's Plumbing. Tyler arrived at about 9:30 the next morning after my call. Tyler talked me through the issue and the solutions including selecting a new toilet from his replacement options. A new toilet was delivered to the condo and the installation complete before noon, the same morning! Fast, efficient, service! Tyler did an excellent job and is a great representative of Mike's Plumbing.

Susan attended my call and set me up and kept me updated through the process. Brett came out during the scheduled time and was awesome. He was so patient and answered all of my questions honestly. I would highly recommend this plumbing business. I called and they were able to schedule my appointment the same day. Denis arrived promptly - so polite and knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed the plumbing issue, called for parts and my system was fixed within a few hours. I do believe that my hot water tank and circulating pump is working far better than my system I had. I would completely recommend Mikes Plumbing!

I had an excellent experience with Mike’s Plumbing of Southwest Florida. David was patient, friendly, and took the time to walk me through replacing our electric 50-gallon hot water heater, explaining all options and pricing clearly. He was able to schedule service the very next day, which was extremely helpful.

Tyler was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He explained each step of the installation process, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Both David and Tyler reviewed the 6-year warranty and encouraged us to call with any questions.

Tyler also went above and beyond by taking time to look at a Kohler kitchen faucet leaking inside the cabinet that had just come up that morning. Even though it couldn’t be repaired at the time, I really appreciated his willingness and enthusiasm to help.

Florida Standard Plumbing was excellent. They came immediately to fix the broken pipe. Would definitely use them again !

They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had a running camera inspection done and a drain line snaked, and everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. They explained exactly what they were seeing on the camera, walked us through the issue, and made sure we understood the solution before moving forward.

The drain line is now flowing perfectly, and you can tell they take pride in doing the job right the first time. Showed up on time, clean work, and very respectful of our space.

We haed a clogged garbage disposal and they came imediately and fisec that and another issue.

Had several plumbing issues pop up in our home all at once. FSP team is honest, prompt, professional and extremely educated when it came to evaluating and resolving issues; all at a respectable cost that didn’t break the bank. I am very happy with the honesty, quick response, and professionalism of this company.

I called Plumbing Nerds this afternoon for a leak in our water main. The woman on the phone (I wish I remembered her name) was very pleasant and quick. She had me scheduled immediately and someone was on the way in a couple of hours. I got a text and email allowing me to track my technician, and a call when they were 45 min away.

My technician Eric was wonderful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all my questions and fixed the leak in an hour. Their monthly membership is very reasonably priced and has great benefits, a definite must for owners of older homes. As the owner of a newly built home, we didn’t need it. But in the future I would definitely become a member.

Overall I had a more than pleasant experience. In an age where customer service has been dwindling, they have greatly succeeded in providing amazing customer service. Without a doubt Plumbing Nerds should be your go to plumbing service

Carlos went above and beyond to give the best customer service possible. He spent a lot of time on an intermittent problem to find a solution. I was very impressed with his due diligence.
It's hard to find young people today that have that kind of drive and desire to do the right thing to take care of a customer. If I ever have a problem again with my AC system. I will ask for Carlos.
