Camron was a fantastic repair man, very informative, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a broken shut off valve on my tankless water heater. The plumber charged me $888.00 to install a cold and hot water valve! I said to him that price sounds exorbitant. But I needed it fixed. He said we are higher priced but do good work. Afterward, I called around and felt I may have overpaid. Then while inspecting my kitchen faucet in the sink he lost a part causing him to have to order a total replacement faucet.

Update Dec 29, 2025:
I spoke to Best Home Services Customer Relations Person about my concerns. She explained the customary charges for my plumbing issue. She then sent a different plumber to my home Monday morning with a brand new faucet! He quickly removed the old one and installed the new one. No cost to me. I am satisfied with my resolution and the work completed by the plumber.

They were here first thing this morning and by noon they had my new Heating And Air conditioner all installed ready to go. The two young men that came were very nice very respectful. I would never hesitate to Call them back if we ever need any repairs thank you so much

Alan, our electrician from Best Home Services, did a great job helping is with our electrical issue. He communicated well about his arrival time. He knew right away what the issue was and gave us a solution. While he was at the house, we asked Alan about another light fixture that we wanted to replace and he told us that he could take care of that as well. He was professional and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Ryan Lane was one of the best Inspectors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He came out for a main line scope and to start he was courteous by calling with an ETA. He was respectful, and extremely professional answering questions and providing valuable insight. You can tell Ryan has a lot of experience and knowledge in his field and he will explain all the details about your homes plumbing condition and situation so you can make a well informed decision about any services or maintenence you need or want done. He was also super friendly offering cold water, toys for kids and pets, and even a flashlight! All in all Ryan is a dedicated and passionate technician who will leave you wanting to work with him again for any of your future plumbing needs. I definitely can't reccomend him enough!

I have been struggling with issues on our sewer lines in our new home since we moved in and needed someone to come inspect what was going on. I am so impressed with the amount of thoroughness we were met with from the tech they sent to our home. He cared, was honest with the problems and documented every bit as he inspected and was so professional. I am very happy with the service we received today. Ryan not only went miles above what we expected, but answered all our questions and made sure the builder who built this home’s questions were answered and had ALL the information before leaving. Did good job and same day but way over priced. Almost doubled. I could get a water heater at home depot is $1000. $1100 for labor and installation plus a water heater for total of $2100 seems excessive. I get not knowing how to weld myself but jeez.

Update - 1/13/26 few days ago they reaches out to me to discuss issue had. Must say I was never expecting anyone to reach out and try to help make things better. Today they called back with some pretty good news. I would really have to say after the experience they really do care about the customer and there feedback. Never ever have i got a call from anyone trying to correct a situation after the transaction was complete. Could have told me to bad. They didn't and will most definitely call them for other issues in future. I thank you for reaching out.

The Tech was definitely awesome, Johnnie was great. He was professional courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. I had a short that kept tripping the breaker. Turns out it was more than one short he found both of them problem resolved. He was very tenacious and resolving the problem again I would give him 10 stars if I could, my problem with this company is they rope you in with the cheap $39 assessment fee and then it will cost you you over $1000 They say it’s a set price on their website but it’s not. Just look on the website not a single price estimation. I say estimation because every repair is different. I understand that. The average price of electrician is $100 an hour in our area they charge $200. Again, not a problem if you explicitly explain that to someone Before work is started. Again, I believe they will help you with any issue, but it’ll cost you.

Really great experience with plumber - Camron. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my septic system in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or confused.

He went over the prices and what each service included before doing anything, which I really appreciated—everything was transparent and fair. He also gave me a few helpful tips and recommendations for keeping things running smoothly in the future.

Overall, just an honest, knowledgeable plumber who clearly knows their stuff. I’d definitely call them again if I ever need more work done!

Septic system was backing up and Ryan checked the drainage system with a camera and took his time explaining everything we were looking at on the camera. Very helpful and professional. Would definitely request Ryan for a plumbing service call.

I called Best Home Services for an electrician to fix our laundry room lights, John Hoefert came and fixed the problem. He replaced the old one, assembled and installed the new light fixture. He also offered us for membership annually and we got a big discount in it. Great job John we really appreciate your good work.
