The electricians from B&D Electric did their usual excellent job today. While one was servicing our Generac the other removed our old ceiling fan and installed a new one, and evaluated our smoke detectors.
They were knowledgeable and polite and they finished the jobs quickly.
I couldn’t ask for better service.

Installation of a new ceiling fan went beautifully. Electricians were friendly and accommodating. They also fixed a light switch problem while they were here. Will use B and D again without hesitation!

What a great group. Jarrett was on time, answered my questions and kept me involved in the process. When they were done it was all cleaned up. Just like they were never here. We've got other projects in the works, looking forward to having them here again.

Easy to schedule work. Nice office staff. Fair prices. They do not over promise on their scope of work, but explain the process thoroughly. I had a my meter box changed & I was happy with their work.

Had an outstanding experience again with B&D. They came to my house, listened to what I needed, spent the time to verify everything before the work started and then re-verified the completed work with me. Very satisfied with the work. They are the only electricians I will use going forward.

These guys are great. Every time they've come out they've done a quick, efficient job. They're always polite and informative about what they're doing. Appointments are easy to make and they show up on time. Definitely recommend them!

Finally had our final release for our full house generator. It was a long time completing but that was the county's, fault. B&D Electric did a great job of giving us the information we needed to complete the whole installation.
All the service/installation staff were great and did a great job.

Just had my Stand by Generator for my home serviced today.
I was very pleased and impressed with the gentlemen who did the work. Both were very professional and polite; and Jarrett answered all my questions.
I will be calling B&D for any and all service needs for our generator in the future.

The website states they’re open 24 hours, but when my apartment complex called to report an after-hours outage, they were told someone could take the call but no one would be available to come out until Monday. This is the second time this has happened with the same socket, so you would think they’d treat it with more urgency or at least offer a courtesy visit to resolve a recurring issue—but that didn’t happen.

Because I live in an apartment community, it seems like we’re pushed off to the next business day, unlike single-family homes that might get faster service. It’s frustrating, especially on a weekend, to have half of my apartment without power. That’s a maintenance emergency, not just for me, but for the complex as well.

If a company advertises 24-hour availability, it should include service—not just answering phones. I’m not sure I’d recommend a business that only operates Monday through Friday when electrical issues can happen any day of the week.

Very professional staff. Mason and his crew were so nice and installed the electrical system in my cottage in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

The technicians - Jose and Gage - Gage was in training - showed up 10 mins early, which was great. Both men were very courteous and professional. I paid $199 for a piggyback socket installation, which is kind of expensive, but they were in and out in 1 hour and I’m happy with the work.

Hello B&D. Mr. Joseph and Mr. Gage just installed a smart doorbell for us. There were untold number of problems associated with this seemingly straight forward project, and both men kept dogging the problems until solved . . . and then only charged us for a fraction of the time they spent trying to make the darn thing work. Both men are highy trained, extremly professional and especially sensitive to our, the customer's, questions and concerns. We will definitely call B&D with any future electrical problems.

Extremely positive experience with Matt and Julio of B&D Electric out of Newberry. Arrived exactly on time, kept me informed on their assessment of the issue with my outdoor lighting, and they were able to resolve the issue quite professionally in a reasonable period of time. I was pleased with our interactions and with the quality and value of their work.

Another outstanding experience with B&D. Jarrett and Jose did a great job installing a 50 amp RV circuit on our barn. They were polite, explained their planned work, and did a neat, professional job at a good price. A great company with outstanding employees!

Working with B&D Electric was great. Jennifer was able to assist us in information and setting up services. Able to answer all of my many questions, and in a timely manner. Electrical anything gives me high anxiety and everyone we worked with was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Mason was our installer and again super professional, explained the entire process, and I feel really secure in the work they did, it really was such a great experience not having to worry about quality work.

QUICK, PROFESSIONAL & FAIR PRICING. The transfer switch for our Generac generator got fried by lightning. With hurricane Idalia about to hit our area, I needed a part replaced quick. I called B&D and was greeted by a friendly voice who scheduled our appointment promptly. The technician from B&D was on time and knew his stuff. He assessed the situation, ran back to the shop to get a part and we are now heading into the hurricane prepared. I expected the cost to be much higher than what was charged.

Very satisfied with the new additional outlet I needed in my garage. The guys from B&D arrived early and walked me through all of my options. The install was quick and professional. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone I know needing their service.
