John came and put in a new shower head with shower trim. John was very professional and courteous in his interactions. After completing the job he was sure leave the area as clean as it was when he started. Will definitely use him for future needs.

365 Solutions did a great job on the installation of our water purification and water softener! When we called and asked for an estimate, they came right out, looked at everything, gave recommendations, and gave us a quote on the spot. It was reasonable, so we said go ahead. They immediately gave us an installation date. On the day of installation, they showed up on time, and did all of the work as described, and then took as much time as we needed to show us the work and explain how everything works. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

5 stars to 365 Solutions. I called with my AC issue in the morning of the hottest day of the year. Dave arrived as promised in the afternoon. He was able to diagnose the likely issue from our conversation and was able to have us up and running in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. Dave checked our entire system and gave me some simple tips to help my unit last longer which was very much appreciated.

I know this is a long post but just saying great work, great people, and fair pricing does not do them justice.
We called 365 Solutions when our A/C overflowed and flooded part of the house. Logan came out, inspected everything, and found that the base built into the house that the unit was sitting on was not level and collapsing. The water was flowing away from the drain line and over the back of the pan. He recommended fixing/leveling the base and replacing the unit, and I had an estimate in my email within minutes. They (Logan and Brendon) came out the next day to install the new unit and fix everything up and found that there was more water in the base than expected. They immediately let me know what they found and gave me their concerns and recommended brining in a water abatement company. They contacted the company for me and had them to the house within an hour or so, getting everything dried out. They brought in a portable A/C for us while we waited for everything to get dried out and a couple days later were back out to install the new A/C. When they came back, they wanted to make sure that amount of water could never back up; so instead of repairing the existing base they demoed it, put up some drywall to patch the then exposed studs, and then installed the new unit on an actual air handler base.  They did an amazing job! The new unit works great.
We felt so confident with their work that we had them back out to install a new hot water heater for us as well. Thank You 365 Solutions!

Dustin with Solutions 365 did a great job repairing my sink drain. Their service is great and I would definately recommend them for your plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Dustin Williams was professional and friendly. Did an excellent job. Explained everything to me. The cost of repair as opposed to cost of replacement. I will use 365 plumbing again and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber. Very satisfied.

Logan and his partner were incredible! Super fast response time and I was scheduled for a visit the next day. They showed up on time and were knowledgeable & very thorough. They walked us through our options regarding our older HVAC units & answered our questions. Will definitely be using them again!

Very happy with 365 Solutions! When our hot water heater went out on a Friday evening, our normal plumber couldn’t come out, but recommended we call 365 Solutions. I called early Saturday morning and they answered right away and told me they had a plumber making calls. Dustin arrived within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem with our hot water heater, and fixed it very quickly. It was apparently a simple reset, no parts required, and here’s the best part: They didn’t even charge me for a service call! (I hope no one gets in trouble for this!) Will definitely use this company again!

Such a fantastic experience!! Logan was our technician and he was so knowledgeable, courteous and professional! He performed maintenance on our HVAC equipment making it ready for use and also cleaned it and made recommendations to keep it running well! Highly recommend this technician and company!
