I would give 10 stars if I could! After using other big name companies that charge an arm and a leg for service and don’t seem to ever get to the bottom of the problem I cannot recommend this company enough! Brian not only called and gave us a heads up when he was on his way to us but he even showed up early to our appointment time! He additionally clearly explained to me what was causing the issue for our ac unit. And after being used to the big name company pricing for service I was pleased to see a company that clearly explains what were paying for at a fraction of the cost of those companies. Our services cost less than half of the quote we had previously received for the same work!

Super happy with the service from 365 Solutions. I had several companies come out to look at my A/C and the other companies wanted to replace my two units that are about 7 years old. Dave from 365 came out, replaced a couple of parts for a VERY reasonable amount and everything works great! I was impressed that they were willing to put my well being ahead of their company just making more profit. I was so impressed, I signed up for their maintenance plan. Thank you 365 for such great service!

UPDATE: August 2025 - I was so happy with 365 that I called them to run a new water line for my business. Dustin and Blake came out and designed a a great solution for us that was less than half the price that a competitor quoted. The work they did was clean and professional. It looked like it was installed when the building was built. Super happy with everything 365 solutions has done for both my home and business.

My old unit gave out and luckily I had a great quote (33% cheaper than others) from these guys. They put in an amazing Amana system that's just unbelievably quiet. It was just installed but I'm very happy with the whole deal.

365 Solutions and Dustin were great. very helpful and informative. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

Great company, even better prices. I have never been upsold by this company they are very honest, do what they need to do and are upfront about it. I had another plumber (before I realized they did plumbing as well as AC) tell me they were going to charge 4 x as much as 365 charged me...Dustin came for a fraction of that price and fixed the problem. Dustin was amazing. Super polite and incredibly efficient. He installed a new connection on my natural gas connection point so we could use our new griddle. Kudos also to Tom for squeezing me in the schedule in order for us to cook my wife a birthday breakfast on Sunday! Thx very much!

Dustin was great! He came to the house, checked the issue, and described it to me very detailed what the problem was and the solution to get it fixed. He set proper expectations of the time it will take to get the part needed to fix my tankless water heater. He is very professional and well mannered!! On time, finished earlier than promised, cleaned up thoroughly, registered our new tankless water heater with the manufacturer for us, and gave us information on the tax rebates available from Uncle Sam…what a pleasant surprise. My experience post-covid has been that service is dead. 365 Solutions obviously didn’t get the memo! Do yourself a favor and give this company a try.

Dustin came by to look at my leaking ice maker under the cabinet. He showed up on time, came with everything needed and fixed the icemaker leak within a hour. Dustin also provided suggestions to get my dishwasher drain up to latest code. Would recommend using this company to anyone needing plumbing work done.

We use 365 Solutions for all our home maintenance tasks. Their staff has always been on time to appointments, quick to complete the work, and gracious with their time to answer any questions. I’ve never had any questions about the quality of the work performed.

Yet another perfect service from 365. One of my sellers AC went out day of closing. It was a simple capacitor issue and Logan came out and fixed it right up. So glad to work with a company that isn’t out trying to rip people off.

Just had another great service with 365. Dustin came out and fixed our gas fireplace. Glad I thought you call 365 when my fireplace stopped working.

Our owners bath tub was never hot enough. We felt like pioneers boiling water to add to the tub water to get it warm enough for my wife’s (too hot in my opinion, ha ha) baths. John from 365 diagnosed our issue and quoted us before ordering the mix valve we need. We loved being informed of costs before setting up the fix. We loved how up-front and honest John was and we’ll be calling 365 for all our problems plumbing needs. (Plus their trucks are awesome!)

Logan was professional, fair, and efficient. I had accidentally gotten a vent cleaning brush stuck in our dryer duct, and Logan and Dave quickly assessed the issue, explained what was going on, and took care of it. I’m very grateful for their help!

Fantastic service for our new water heater and HVAC installation by 365 Solutions!! Dustin was very conscientious and is a master plumber. Dave and Brian were absolute professionals. I recommend 365 Solutions without hesitation.

Our expansion tank on our water heater rusted through, causing a huge leak. Uzee was able to come out on a Sunday and quickly replace the tank for a reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Dustin with 365 and his assistant were excellent. Completed 2 plumbing repairs at my house. One was a Water leak in the wall and the other was a gas leak/rusted line to tankless water heater. They were on time, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed watching Dustin train his assistant.
