My family has often used Home Depot to contract with businesses. This is my first disappointment with the this arrangement. Rockwood Shutters and Blinds is the worst contractor I’ve ever dealt with, The 6 week project stretched into 17 weeks, involved employees who lied, inferior, overpriced products, unreturned, unacknowledged calls. I no longer expect Home. Depot to have any influence in the quality of the contractor’s work. I am amenable to providing details to support my utter disappointment with this entire experiment.
Bought a brown heavy duty tarp 16 x 18 feet to cover my roof from the rain and within 2 months it started to rip. It's like the manufacturers glued two pieces of tarp together and it just was not strong enough. What a waste of money. Now my roof is leaking far worst than before. Thank you Home Depot! Smh.
There were some minor issues we had to have addressed but overall the work was good.

Rockwood shutters/shades in my opinion is very disorganized Company. Once you order them it takes about 3 months to get them in. The shades are not the exact color, the shades sag needless to say I'm extremely disappointed in the entire project. I wish I would have just measured myself and ordered a regular shades. Or left my blackout curtains the way they were. The installation was simple. What was difficult is the fact that the salesperson did not show me all the different type of shades she just showed me one type of shade.
