very professional, very honest, Cleaned the AC unit top to bottom perfectly. Marco was the technician and he spent a lot of time explaining things to me showing me what needed cleaning and what it looked like after it was cleaned. It was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend Florida clean Air plus for AC service.

My power bill was way too high and I found out the house insulation was terrible. They came, assessed everything, gave me a photo-based quote, and explained how cold air was being lost. They completed the work in one day and I felt the difference immediately. Very polite and knowledgeable technician.

My old condenser finally gave out, so I called them to replace it. They came the same day, installed the new condenser smoothly, and had the system cooling perfectly again. Clean work, fast service, and a great overall experience.

The service was extremely timely and excellent, I was able to get a technician to come out the next mroning after calling them. Our specific tech too, Alfredo, spoke straightforward and was able to not only fix our problems but give us reasonable future solutions for fixing problems down the line. Would absolutely recommend them again.

David cleaned the lint from the main duct to the roof. He installed new flexible duct pipe from each dryer to the main vent pipe. This was done on a common laundry facility involving commercial dryers. Thorough and professional. I would highly recommend.

Before choosing, I looked into several ac installation companies, but none inspired as much confidence as Florida clean air plus. from the first contact, the service stood out fast, transparent, and professional.

My AC suddenly stopped because the motor failed, and the house started getting really warm. I reached out for help and they were able to send a technician the same afternoon. The tech checked everything carefully, confirmed the motor was done, replaced it right there, and the system started cooling immediately. The whole process was smooth, quick, and handled with real professionalism. I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently everything was resolved.

I had done air duct cleaning with other companies in the past, some were even good, but Florida Clean Air Plus exceeded all my expectations. We purchased a new AC unit. A couple of years ago, Florida Clean Air Plus advised a 2 ton unit was sufficient for my 960 sqft unit. I found out that is not the case. I have had the thermostat exchanged 3 times, the last time they charged me $150 for a general thermostat that does not work very well. Even though they have come here several times in 2 years costing me over $1000, the worst experience was this year. They said the lines were clogged because I needed to have an annual maintenance. The technician started working and left the apartment several times. I asked whether he had inspected the coolant level on the roof and he indicated it was okay. When the technician left, he said "I'll see you next May.". They begrudgingly returned an hour later when the line was clogged again, and I found out later they had never checked the coolant and in fact had never performed the annual service, which came up when I spoke to the office and they told me the $500 charge was for the clogged drain line, not for an annual service but if I subscribed to their annual service they would take care of it. The cost was over $700 for two services per year, but when I asked them about it, they said the visit where they did not perform the service was counted as an annual service call. After sending me several more invoices with different numbers wanting me to sign new bills, they begrudgingly refunded $101. I have the emails in case they respond this was not the case. BEWARE!

Highly recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely professional, reliable and do the most quality job. I also have to mention I have never had any Technician and/or contractor/worker explain a job process so throughout and with so much patience like Moshe did. A+ company and the people who work in it.

I use the company Florida to clean Air plus I found them online actually on craigslist I called a few companies and got estimates and they had the best price. I was kind of Larry, but they did an excellent job. They did it same day service on a swap out of an air conditioning system. I was very impressed with the workmanship and the fast service and the quality of work. I would not hesitate to use them again. They will always responsive with all my taxes even on a weekend or at night they responded back quickly and accurately. Thank you for a job. Well done..

I signed up for an annual maintenance plan with them so I wouldn’t have to worry about my air conditioner. They came for the second visit now and I didn’t even have to call to schedule, they reached out to me first. They also noticed that the coil needed cleaning which improves air quality, and since I have the plan I even got a discount. I think that’s amazing.

I recently scheduled an air duct cleaning for my home because the air quality was getting worse and the dust buildup was becoming impossible to control. From the moment the team arrived I could tell I had chosen the right company. They were professional, punctual, and explained everything they were doing in a clear and friendly way.

They showed me before and after pictures of the ducts and I was honestly shocked at how dirty everything was.
