They worked diligently and methodically to investigate/trouble shoot, diagnose/quote the issue, and get all the problems resolved and even did some preventative maintenance on site to ensure our ac is running like new. This is the second time they come to my home for my annual maintenance plan and I could not be happier. My air conditioner wasn’t working well. It was freezing up and giving me a lot of trouble. They came to my house, identified the problem, and found that the coil was under warranty. They replaced the coil under warranty and only charged me for the labor. My AC is already 8 years old, so I was surprised by their honesty, the quality of the work, and the customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC services.

Called Florida Clean because out A/C was not working correctly. The technician came out and was able to explain exactly what was happening and what options we had. There was no pressure and within a few hours they had sent me written quotes for each of the options.
Their service was wonderful and all my questions were answered. After looking at multiple sources determined that pricing was good and due to our old AC was from 2012 and only a 2.5 ton we went with getting a new 4.0 ton unit.
They set up for next day install, were on time and efficient. They installed the new, disposed of our old AC and cleaned up the area. Professional, respectful and ensured everything was to our satisfaction.

I had insulation and a mini split installed. The workmanship was great. They were very attentive to details. They made sure I understood and was comfortable with every process. I would highly recommend using them and will begin in the future. The technicians Alfred,Gustavo e Maria were a great team. I should also mention Lucas that was very pleasant on my phone conversations through the whole process.

i thought my ac was not working properly and i had already called a few companies to check it, but everyone just wanted to sell me something and the problem was still there. when i called florida clean air plus they actually took the time to look at everything and told me the unit was fine. what i really needed was insulation because the heat from the attic was hitting the ducts and the air was not staying cold. i did the insulation and now it works so much better, the house cools faster and even feels more comfortable. i really think my electric bill will be lower too.

Yesterday, Florida clean air plus came and cleaned the ducts and my AC unit. After getting quotes from three other companies, who all tried to sell me things that I did not need, we decided to go with Florida clean air plus and we’re very happy with the results. We found them to be reasonably priced and honest.

They were very professional, Moshe and his crew knew exactly what to do, covered my furniture and floors, so they wouldn’t get dust and dirt on them and immediately got to work. They were very easy to work with explaining any questions that I had and finished the job in two hours.
