Wonderful experience! Robin was prompt and extremely friendly. He put on a mask, gloves and booties before entering my home. He diagnosed the problem and stayed until he knew for sure that it was resolved and the HVAC system was working properly. He had professional equipment and was very neat. His fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him and NMR Air Duct Cleaning.

Robin was amazing! He was punctual, personable, and did a fantastic job solving the problem. I never had any issue ever with my dryer ducts blowing out balls of lint. In a condo it gets stuck inside wall. He blew all the clogging lint out (a huge amount) and made it clean so the dryer line and wall was not clogged. I would hire him back again and next time let him do my air vents for my AC.

The air in my house smells so much cleaner. Do not kid yourself this is a big job and this company has the best prices. From the dispatch to the worker sent to the home everyone was very organized and polite. This is my first review written on google but I was just too impressed and happy with the work of this company especially here in Miami where organized respectful workers are hard to find.

Feb, 1, 2022 - I could hear a rat in our air ducts, so I called a few places to clean out the vents. I found that not all cleaners also exterminate. When I spoke with Robin, he was confident that he would not only clean the air ducts, but he would also capture the rat. I am happy to say, Robin was good as his word. He is knowledgeable and patient and does a thorough job. He showed me before and after pictures of every single vent. After cleaning the vents, he placed bait at exactly the right spot, and when the rat was caught within a few hours, he went above and beyond by coming back to remove it. I am so grateful and relieved, and couldn’t recommend him more. Robin is nice, professional, and I know I will be calling him for all my cleaning needs. I couldn’t have had a better experience with him. If you are reading this, do not hesitate to call him!

Robin was very professional, on time, and gave us a great price. Overall, we couldn’t ask for better service. We used them for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. He thoroughly cleaned each vent in our home and cleaned/sanitized our carpets and A/C coils. We will definitely use them again! Highly recommended.

We needed our air ducts cleaned as it had been a few years of buildup. I googled looking for the best and most reviews in the North Miami area and called NMR Cleaning. Robin was very upfront with the costs and seemed very fair and honest. He was able to get the service done within a day and was every bit what every other reviewer has said. He was punctual, respectful of our home and even wore foot booties for the floor. He explained every step as he went along and showed us before and after photos during. I don't know why we waited as I even have allergies and never realized how clean my home would feel just from air vents.

Robin did a great job at our home today cleaning all air vents and ducts upstairs and offered to clean our AC coils at a very reasonable price. He was extremely professional and cleaned up after himself. I will be hiring him again for our vents and AC cleaning for downstairs very soon now.

He offers grout and upholstery cleaning as well and we will use him for those services as well when we need them.

He sent me a reminder the day before and was on time on the day of our duct cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised when he wore booties to cover his feet and set towels on the floor to keep my house clean. Robin did a superb job! We are extremely happy with the work he did. From beginning to end he was very professional and made us feel well taken care of. We called for him to come and clean our air ducts but upon his initial inspection of the ac unit he let us know that the coils were also dirty. He let us know prices upfront before doing any work. Super clean when working, again, from start to finish. Highly recommended!

For starters, Punctual!!!!! Robin said he would be here between 10 and 11. Showed up 10:30. Texted when on his way. Very professional, very informative on what he was doing. I hired Robin for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and he completely exceeded expectations. He did a very thorough job and even took before and after photos during the cleaning so I can be involved in the process as it all happens. Robin is very careful inside the home and performs the job in a very clean way, he even takes it a step further and thoroughly vacuums up after himself in case any debris gets on the floor. I am very pleased with his quality of work and am scheduling a couch/upholstery cleaning with him very soon.
