They were professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the whole experience was stress-free. Uno empieza uno a llamar a varios lugares, recibir estimados y tratar de agendar una visita. Afortunadamente, con Perez Air – Conditioning, el proceso desde cotización de la nueva unidad y garantías, alternativas de solución, e instalación fue cómodo y Asequible. Danyer y Tommy hicieron un gran trabajo: instalación de compresor y condensador, abrir nueva ruta de línea refrigeración en un apartamento desde un 3er piso (una tarea complicada) hasta el compresor nuevo que esta en el primer piso, e instalación de una nueva bomba de condensado.
Ellos respondieron a mis preguntas, llamadas y mensajes y trabajaron arduamente para resolver mi problema.

Cryptic Air made sure all our liner grill needs are covered! Great company to work with. Excellent customer service, very responsive when you reach out by call/email, someone answers right away. They always have good prices compared to some stores. We never had issues with items delivered. Overall, we recommend Cryptic Air 100%!

We recently made a significant purchase (several thousand dollars) of various products from Cryptic Air. Their prices were competitive compared to other suppliers, and they emphasize that their products are Made/Assembled in the USA.
Unfortunately, we experienced major regret once the items arrived. Hundreds of them were shipped unboxed and only bubble-wrapped. Right away, we noticed many had bent corners and were covered in dust. After unwrapping, it became clear these were very low-quality items — many appeared to be factory rejects due to visible dents, scratches, and other defects.
The products also don’t fit properly, requiring a lot of extra work on our end to make them usable. We’re now stuck with thousands of dollars worth of inventory that our clients won’t accept for their homes.
Be careful — while Cryptic Air may offer attractive pricing, the quality is among the worst we’ve encountered.
