Needed a cleaning because my mother kept getting sick with lung related issues. I suspected it was due to the vents. Hired Mac for a sanitation of the whole system. Months later, my mother has yet to have another lung issue. So I am very pleased with that. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to a lack of pictures to verify everything was cleaned. And being told one price in the beginning, and another much higher price once was at location to do the job. But still was competitive to others. And with the pictures I was provided and my mother being well this long, I feel the job was done correctly. Thanks, Mac.

Sears finally sent 2 technicians that knew exactly what was wrong and they repaired it

Our 10-year-old Kenmore dishwasher had a small drip leak during wash cycles. Other than the drip, the dishwasher still worked well. Falsely assuming that it would take a minor repair to fix the drip, we contacted Sears Appliance Repair and scheduled an appointment. We were aware that there was a $129 charge for a technician to come out, but getting our dishwasher repaired as opposed to buying a new one for $700 seemed reasonable. The first thing our technician did was to pull out a Sears Protect Home Warranty flyer. He then checked out the drip and calculated that repairing it would cost $768, more than the cost of a new one. I declined the repair and paid the $129 service charge. Before leaving, he asked if I wanted to get the Sears Protect Home Warranty. My guess is that the primary responsibility of the Sears repair technicians is to get customers to sign up for a home warranty. Based on my experience, I will never buy another Kenmore appliance and will never call Sears Appliance Repair service.

I wish i had never purchased this extended warranty. My dryer was not drying because there was too much lint. I spoke to scheduler and explained that. I was also texted to confirm the service in case parts needed to be purchased. Again i explained that there was lint build up and it needed cleaning. The technician came out. I was charged the $100 deductible and told that he did not do that service. I was so upset! Its fine if its not covered but they should have told me that the two times i explained the problem. I asked to be reimbursed and was denied. I prefer to pay for the repair than pay for a service where they do not value their customer

Tech was very professional. Service took over a month because they were waiting on parts. Nobody called me to let me know it would be some time. So, tech 5 stars, but service 3 stars.

Very bad !! The 2nd service was never accomplished !!
called 7 times because the technician arrived to a different building, he never called me when he was out in the street, just send a picture of a wrong address and said I was not at home.
My fridge is not working well since October. Terrible service !!

Service repair price to fix the appliance was too much that I could buy a new one with that service price the technician was good
