Second time I've used Sergeant's Electric, specifically Dave, for my electrical needs.

First for a generator hookup on my house. Then a generator startup and training session, along with the installation of a new outlet in my garage. Dave was excellent, explained all the work along with the particulars, and had everything needed to do the jobs that day, and right, the first time. He left the job site as he found it which is also a plus. Highly recommend Dave with Sergeant's Electric.

Dan Ferraro offered amazing excellent service for us on a service call. Very great, fast, friendly, and honest service. Would highly recommend him as an electrician and his company. 10/10

Mason and Erik were absolutely awesome! They came out to replace my electrical panel and install a new floodlight, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out.

They showed up on time, were super friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. You could tell they really cared about doing things the right way.

On top of that, they were just great guys—easy to talk to, respectful of my space, and they cleaned up everything once the job was done. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free from beginning to end.

If you’re looking for electricians who do top-notch work and are genuinely great to have around, I highly recommend Mason and Erik. Total pros and all-around good people!

We purchased a home in SW FL 3 years ago. When we needed some electrical work done, we were fortunate to have found Sergeant's Electric. They are professional, tidy, and prompt. Ralph and Nicky V. were so easy to work with! Friendly, smart and task oriented. In the office, Robin does a great job! Great communication from scheduling to payment. We don't even think about calling a different electrician! A++++

Max and Luis were absolutely wonderful. Both were super friendly, cleaned up after themselves, always used their booties, were very considerate of our furniture and pets. Not to mention that this is the 3rd time we’ve had Max to our home and he is extremely honest, knowledgeable, patient and hard working. We’re so grateful that he’s the lead on our projects. I recently experienced some lighting issues in my home following water damage and called Sergeant's Electric for help. Nick Nicely and Jasher arrived promptly and immediately put my mind at ease with their professional demeanor and expertise.

From the moment they walked in, they took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed the situation. They clearly explained what had happened and outlined exactly how they would fix it.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They meticulously checked all potentially affected areas, not just the obvious problem spots. The repair was completed faster than I expected, and they left my home as clean as they found it. The lighting now works perfectly, and I have peace of mind knowing everything is safe.

Nick and Jasher were not only technically skilled but also friendly and professional throughout. They answered all my questions patiently and even provided some helpful tips for preventing similar issues in the future.

They arrived on time for the scheduled 2 pm appointment for an estimate to install a new charger for our new Tesla. Sgt Nicely was very thorough in his evaluation and provided a suggestion for whole house surge protection. An hour after they provided their estimate, our new charger arrived. I called the office to say that we wanted to have them install the charger and to try and get on their schedule. It looked like it would be about 8 - 10 days. We agreed and hung up. 5 minutes later we got a call back and we're informed that Sgt Nicely and Airman Ralph were just finishing up another job and could do our installation tonight. They arrived just after 5 pm and finished very quickly. The job was perfect. We were floored at the customer service! We highly recommend using this company for all of your electrical needs.

I could not be happier. A company with a team of employees who simply offer outstanding service. I posted an inquiry on their website and Robin called me the next day and it just got better from there. Christian and Josh showed up on time - gave me a fair quote and went to work to install a 14-50 nema outlet for my BMW i40e. (so yes a non-Tesla install). The install looks very professional and they even installed missing screws from my panel that the builder had not installed. Thanks to Robin, Christian and Josh for a great experience! Sergeant restored my faith in excellent customer service.

What an easy and wonderful experience all around. I was getting quotes to install an EV charger in my garage. From communicating with Travis through Yelp (he was super helpful and gave me an accurate quote) to their office calling twice to leave a reminder about our upcoming appointment to Erik coming to do the installation right on time. Erik was super helpful and explained some things to think about on my installation location. He did a great job and everything looks and works perfect! I would use Sergeants again for sure!! Great work & good price (included permit )

Bizarre company. Nightmare. Twilight zone.

Update. Oct 28
After accusing me previously and inappropriately, for asking for them to do "side work," which which was absolutely incorrect, by Crystal (spelling?), I realized what it was that the representative was misinterpreting to the, the office. I asked the representative if he knew someone who is looking for work, who to help me with a side yard clean up that had nothing to do with electrical.

So in explaining this to Crystal, just to clarify what had been a negative conversation where she came at me hot and heavy, she denied her previous words, not surprising she came at me again guns, ablazin in other fabricated accusations; this time stating denying that. And this time, she decided to change the narrative to declining to work with me, because of stop, work, orders and code violations for something that isn't mine clearly. She said something about another location, which they have not been to.

It's pretty disturbing to call a business and think you're going to speak to someone grounded and reasonable, professional;

someone focused on their service to the community,
and instead find people that display aggression, biting perspectives, are uncomposed and do not employ reason in their communications.

So this has happened now TWO TIMES where there have been FALSE ACCUSATIONS, agitated conversation with someone who is accusatory and unhinged when she doesn't even know what's going on.
Much like a twilight zone episode. I didn't sign up for this. This is a warning for all you considering working with this company, I would not recommend it if you favor your peace insanity and actually getting things done in a timely manner.

Previously:
No excuse is acceptable for the phone call I just received, after requesting an invoice for residential work.

I requested an invoice for work for results of Hurricane damages. I had surges that caused burns in outlets, my kitchen appliances got fried, switches don't work.

I just got a call accusing me of attempting to couch all damages all in Hurricane damages that may not be and do some "side work."
"Side work?!" What is she talking about?
I said I had "FUTURE WORK" for an extensive building opportunity.
All above board.
I dont do anything under tables.
Clear, Simple, Transparent, Constructive, Successful.
Whatever she got in her head, from the rep guy who reported to her...that is not how I work!

I insisted on clarification of what the accusations were based on. I was interupted, reprimanded, demanded that i "listen," to the non-explantion, further rudely interrupted asking for clarity and did not receive an answer, only loud interruption. Surprised?
What a Twilight Zone tornado episode that would make! Doo-doo doo-dooo!

If the results are not Hurricane surge related, it's not.
But some results, as in fried appliances are caused by that event, in this case.

The guy who came out suggested redoing the circuits and putting in a protector. OK. Lets do it!
Just give me the invoice so I know what to budget.

They are the expert to designate what is, what's not, and give me work orders to differentiate what's what, so I can budget and make my house safe again.

This caller was met from.second one with aggressive accusations based on what, I don't know, but it's not from me.

It was a hyper-volatile, aggressively accusatory stance that this Sergeants female rep took.

If people have a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on other people;

especially in a professional setting with potential customers,

who frankly have more work for them on other properties on the professional platform!
Not ever on the side.

She was offensive and righteous!
No sense trying to iron out such a professional flaw.

I would never waste my time trying to figure that out.

They blew opportunities, as that explosion caused their loss.

As a homeowner, business owner, looking for guidance and work completed;
If you're not accepting such angry, bitter, twisted behavior, I would steering clear of this company based on this.

I had a great experience with Sergeant Electric. Christian and Aiden came out to do some work in my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were respectful, professional, and just genuinely good people. I really appreciated how clearly they explained everything they were doing — it made the whole process easy to understand. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of their work was excellent. It’s rare to find individuals that carry themselves with that much professionalism and courtesy. I’d highly recommend Sergeant Electric, and especially Christian and Aiden, to anyone looking for reliable electrical work!

Made appointment a few days ago. Sargent's called yesterday to confirm and called today to let us know Technician would be arriving shortly.
We had the pleasure of meeting Andrew today for install of a Type 2 surge protector. His work is top notch, inside of the box wiring is very neat. Very fair pricing.
Andrew provided an overview of the 3 types of surge protectors and how this unit functions. Installer and manufacturer warranties reviewed. I had questions about generator hookup and a few other items. All were answered with useful detail and estimates were also provided.
Andrews depth of knowledge, transparency and explaining in terms I understand were much appreciated.
We will be using Sargent's Electric again.
