Mason and Luke came to diagnose the problems with my breakers that kept tripping. They were absolutely wonderful! Super friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything to me and didn't rush through the job. They didn't leave until they made sure everything was working properly; they went above and beyond and I could not be happier!! I will definitely call Sergeant's next time I need electrical work!

We prefer BBB rated service providers and Sergeant's is rated A+ and therefore, have used Sergeant's Electric for several smaller repairs or updates and for installing an outside receptacle and transfer switch for our emergency generator. Most recently, they changed out an over the stove microwave and corrected a circuit breaker problem, that probably contributed to the failure of the original unit. Their courteous and reliable service techs have always provided topnotch service and they don't try to upsell services or products as is often the case with many "We do it all" type vendors who sell electrical, plumbing and heat/cooling services, where techs are rewarded with bonuses and commissions for extra services or product sales.

Richard came out today to install two ring cameras. I Had an excellent experience, he is courteous and professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend him for any electrical jobs you may. Thanks again Richard!

I had an issue with my switch and GFI in my kitchen. Alexander came out and fixed the issue with no problem and then checked out some other stuff in the house I was curious about with no extra charge! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! Great experience! I definitely recommend this company if you are looking for professional, fast, friendly electrical work. I needed to have 4 new outlets place in specific locations around the house. The office called me promptly after my inquiry and scheduled within the week. Nick N. was my electrician and he did a fantastic job communicating to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction! I even opted to finally put a surge protector on my panel and Nick did it right away. All areas were left clean and tidy like he hadn’t even been here. I've had several projects done at the house and every one of them has been completed with exceptional attention to detail and the end result looks great. Today, Brian and Chris came out to install some outlets with the same results. Both guys were professional, good natured, and clearly love what they do. Highly recommend this company. Perfect location...adding on to my review..I'm so grateful for choosing sergeant electric over two other companies. This team of professionals made all the difference. The ladies that called to either set up the appointment, confirm FPL date, my date, the electrician arrival was always upbeat and to the point. FPL arrived on time, he was really friendly, then Nick Nicely and David arrived right on time. Nick went through my order and asked me if there was anything else...I said as a matter of fact I wonder if I can get a portable connector interlock device. he said sure I'll give you an estimate. No negativity from adding on to my order, fully knowing it would take longer. David and Nick got started. New panel, surge protector, new ground, interlock device for my portable generator. They did awesome clean work. And labeled everything including the instructions for the interlock device. I am truly impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, cleanup, and detailed instruction walk through of connecting my generator. The customer invoice wording is clever, using the term "investment" instead of amount due! I found Sergeants electric because my neighbor Josh works there and I see his truck in his driveway at night. I work too so I could never be around during a reasonable hour when he was home to discuss the matter so Instead I just called sergeant to get an appointment

I recently had the wiring of numerous lights and controls installed in my lanai and yard area. The job was done by Nick and his helper Jasher. Nick, in my opinion, is one of the most talented and knowledgeable electricians in the business. He installed the lighting in areas which provided the best esthetic and practical results possible. I would not hesitate to call Sergeant's Electric for any electrical job in the future.

Alex C helped clean another company’s job up and installed a four way for us. We had such a great experience the first time with him, that we called the company to specifically have Alex C come back to install a surge protector that he recommended us getting. We are very particular who works on our home as it is so hard to trust people/ company’s nowadays and receive honest, quality work . He was quick, very professional, and overall a pleasure to do business with. He explained everything and was very neat with both jobs he did. I can’t speak highly enough about him… he’s an asset to Sergeant’s electric and I will be calling the company to request him for future projects. He is who you want to work on your home. My electric has needed to be repaired since hurricane Ian. I have had many electrical contractors here approximately three. When Sergeant’s Electric Scheduled an appointment for me I knew I was going with them to complete the electrical in my house. The technician who came was kind and thorough as others weren’t he spent time going through my house inside and out. Yesterday, November 1 Fpl came to shut my electric and Nick Z and Cody went to work. I watched them work. They were thorough. They cleaned up their mess, and they did it with a quickness so that I was not without Electric for the entire day. I appreciate that and finally I can move beyond the despair of putting my house back together. I would recommend this company every time.

Sergeant Electric are TOP OF THE LINE COMPANY!!! From schedule to their tech Alex who was very kind. Definately knew his job had patience with the older lady asking questions alot! He was very knowledgeable treated me with respect and showed me what a GREAT COMPANY I scheduled. TY

This is the fourth time we've used Sergeant's Electric and each time is always a pleasure. Today they installed a whole house surge protector, and installed a ceiling outlet to hang a chandelier in our foyer. They even found a problem in our panel box, that they were able to repair for us on the spot. Nick and Zach were our electricians and not only did they go above and beyond (the chandelier had over 100 crystal pieces) but they took away our trash and swept the floor! These guys are professionals, the girls in the office are fantastic and using this company is always a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a highly qualified electrician.

These guys were wonderful. They came out within the hour when we had an electrical emergency. They told us upfront what the initial charges were, were thorough with their diagnostic and repair, and were fair, honest, respectful and courteous. We would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough great things about Alex from Sergeant's Electric! He recently completed the hook up for my new dryer installation and also repaired and installed new lighting throughout my garage. From start to finish, Alex’s customer service skills were exceptional—so much so that I feel compelled to share my experience.

When Alex first arrived, we encountered a problem with my garage door, which was unrelated to the job he was hired for. Despite that, he didn’t hesitate to help figure out how to get it open. His positive, can-do attitude was truly refreshing, making the whole experience enjoyable right from the beginning.

If I could give Sergeants Electric more than 5 stars I would. Alexis and Mindy were able to answer all my questions and efficiently scheduled my appointment. Nick and Connor arrived on time and were knowledgeable, professional, respectful and completed the work with minimal disruption to our home and kept a safe and clean work area. From the first phone call to job completion they exceeded my expectations at a very fair price.

The A team over here…We had such a great experience with Luke and Richard! They came out to fix a sconce that wasn’t working since the hurricane. They isolated the issue and got it working which sounds easy but they were the third company to come out and the only ones able to do it! We are very happy with their service and professionalism and plan to work with them on our new kitchen lighting.
