Reviews of local pros in North Port, Florida

Called John about an unusual stucco job on my home. I had some old wooden decorative boxes under my eves that needed to be updated to look more streamline with the house. John was incredibly responsive, very friendly and immediately came out and gave me a fair quote. The guys were on the job earlier than expected and did an absolutely phenomenal job!! Not only was the work perfect in every way but the workers moved my potted plants out of the way so they weren't damaged and they meticulously cleaned up after themselves. If you want someone who is communicative, honest, fair and provides top notch work look no further, John Boone is your guy!

We contacted John re: repair of chipping stucco and rusting around outdoor front entry columns. He gave us an estimate along with "what if" scenarios. He scheduled the job and even texted when he was in his way.
He completed the job in one day. His workmanship was impeccable. We were very satisfied with the work he did and lines of communication he maintained.(a rarity in FL).We would highly recommend him for your construction projects.

John is a top notch, first class, contractor. He came by the house as promised. He provided a reasonable price for all the work that we needed done and he did a outstanding job. The crew that he works with is respectful and careful to prep all areas before work is started. The stucco work he did around our windows could not have been better. Anyone or company that chooses John Boone Construction will be happy with their decision and on top of that he's a great guy!

John Boone was recommended by a contractor friend, who had him re-stucco his home. I was impressed that John does the work himself along with his co-worker. They taped heavy paper over my windows and doors to protect them and did a fantastic job with the repair work on my 1960s house. Upon completion of the work John walked me around the house to go over all areas of repair that I had pointed out during his initial visit. John is the second-generation owner of this family business and takes pride in a job well done. As you can see from all the previous reviews you won’t find a more knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, dependable and trustworthy person for any type of stucco work you could need, and his prices are reasonable. Thank you, John, for the wonderful job you did for me.

After much searching John was the only stucco worker that came to even give me an estimate. He was very fair, and honest about what needed to be done. They were careful to send pictures and get approval of more estimates when more needed work was noticed. The work was prompt and I barely even noticed they were here. Super grateful it was work I could get done before the rainy season.

John is outstanding as a person, business partner, and craftsman. The stucco on my entire house was done and brought up to a modern look while fixing any broken or uneven areas on the house. Now, everything is even and looks fantastic. His team is excellent and hard working with John as a great mentor, leader, and caring employer.
His knowledge and expertise, attention to detail, and integrity in the job is absolutely recommendable. John explains patiently and in detail everything to you and answers any questions. I highly recommend John Boone Construction!!!

John Boone Construction did an excellent job patching around our windows and door after a previous hurricane window installation! He was courteous, on time, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services.

The absolute best stucco company I have ever dealt with! Everything was smooth and easy! And the workmanship on matching the new stucco to my old was the work of an artist. Thank you to John and his crew of top notch professionals.

If you need minor or major stock repairs, John Boone is your guy!

John exceeded all of my expectations. Not only does he enjoy his trade, but he and his team have the skill to stand above the rest.

I have worked in construction for over a decade and a good contractor is hard to find- but not with John Boone.

John’s business is family owned and operated, works locally, is on-top of his scheduling and very communicative, his prices are better than fair, he turns around quickly, brings the team he promises, and gets done on time. He even went a step above to fix very minor cracks and holes, treating my home with the same craftsmanship and care as he would treat his own.

Thank you John!

John was able to troubleshoot how water was getting into the garage from outside stucco wall, and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I would definitely call him again for any future repairs.

John Boone and his company did a wonderful job on a garage addition that I’m building. I had them do the inside of the building because it was budding up against my existing garage wall and on the outside of it. As far as the stucco work did a beautiful job. I did check out the prices and he was right there with everybody else. It wasn’t like he was high or low. He was right with everybody else and I was very very happy with her service. I recommend them highly.

First class operation. John brings old time values to a modern world. Integrity, honesty and experience. What more could you ask for?

Returned my call same day. He came out the next day on time to give an estimate. The proposal was emailed that afternoon! John scheduled the repair in just a few days, showed up on time with his crew, and that same afternoon the job was complete with 100% clean-up!
His crew also patched areas of stucco that weren’t on the estimate to keep me from having more damage in the future!

John and his crew did a great job on my stucco. He was easy to communicate with and the work looks great. I got three quotes for my job and John was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. I really liked how open he was about his recommendations and process for my job, so I chose him and couldn't be happier.

John and his crew took care of a stucco repair on my home. They did an awesome job, the workmanship was great. I'm glad that I chose their number to call from the online listings. John is very friendly, took the time to thoroughly explain their process. His crew was great. I would honestly recommend John Boone Construction to anyone.

No job too big or too small you can rely on John Boone. I needed an inspection of two small areas of my stucco. I called three different local stucco companies. John Boone was the only one who responded. Despite his very busy schedule and the small scope of my request, John came out, inspected and remedied the potential problem. Thank you John for being responsive, efficient and professional. My highest recommendations!
