Reviews of local pros in North Port, Florida

John Boone construction was the first and only call I needed to make I laid out the problems I was having and what I needed done. John told me that he would come and make an honest assessment and let me know if it was a job within the scope of his company‘s abilities. He came and looked gave me a reasonable estimate and the work was completed on a day that fit in my schedule. John and his team were incredibly professional, and I would use them and recommend them to anyone I know

We needed an exterior wall repaired and re-stuccoed on very short notice. John Boone returned my call immediately, provided excellent communication, showed up on time, excellent workmanship, I will be calling again if we need work done and recommending him to everyoneI know. I highly recommend.

We had John Boone do stucco work around our newly installed slider doors on our lanai. John and his crew did an amazing job. He is very professional, communicates with you and does beautiful work. You won't be disappointed.

John was professional and did an excellent job of repairing my stucco banding. He also cut out a section so I can color match the paint. I would highly recommend him .

Insanely kind and honest workers. I was worried a ton about the issues I was facing and John sat there and conversated with me as if we were best friends and made sure I had no worries.
They came; did the job efficiently and perfectly. Happy that I listened to the other reviews because this company is AMAZING. Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect experience. I needed stucco work done after replacing my front door. I called John for a quote and he came out right away then put me on the schedule, the quality of work is top notch and the price is good. I will be definitely using John again for future projects.

We were so lucky to come back to this company for our current project! The work was done in a highly professional manner, ahead of the discussed time, and work ethic of the owner, John Boon is exceptional. Thank you!

John was quick to address my questions and concerns about cracks in my stucco exterior. He was knowledgeable, kind and put my worries at ease. His work he did at my home along with his crew was seamless. He gave me great advice on fixing the problem for the future and finished the work before I had to go to my job for my convenience. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much.

John I can’t thank you enough! John and his crew did an excellent job with renovating the front of my home. His team works neatly, are courteous, and super professional. I can whole heartedly refer this family owned company - with sincere confidence!!! Thanks again.

Highly recommended!!! The front of my home needed some work done after being blasted by the hurricane and Boone Construction was prompt, polite, and professional from the very start. They did a fantastic job removing some of the old rotted wooden pilasters that were embedded in the stucco siding and leveling it all out to match, fixing previous workmanship that was very obviously uneven, into a seamless even facade all across. I will be using them again in the future for any other stucco related needs for sure!

I called John to repair 2 windowsills. We set a day for him to estimate the job and…. Guess what??? Unlike other construction companies. John showed up when he said he would. We set a day for the repairs…. And guess what? He appeared on time and completed the job. He is a master artist in stucco.. his forte!!! This is the man to call for any stucco job you need done…., from new construction to a small job as I needed. Call him if you need him!! You will not be disappointed!!!

I couldn't be happier with the stucco repairs that John Boone Construction performed on our home. We suffered damages from a severe hurricane and John did a wonderful job restoring it. I probably called 2 dozen stucco companies and all of them tried to either ignore me or rip me off but John was honest as could be with his estimate. He even went above and bayind what he had quoted me just to make sure that it was done right and that I wouldn't end up back in the same boat. I'd have given them 6 stars if google would let me!

Highly recommend John Boone and his crew. John was responsive to all text and phone calls. He did everything he said he would including showing up on time. Great communication all around. His crew did a great job fixing my stucco issue in a very hard to get to spot on my roof line. His pricing was good as well. I will use this company for any future stucco needs I have.

John and his crew did a fantastic job re-stuccoing around our pool lanai’s four sliding glass doors. A previous stucco contractor had done a partial, sloppy stuccoing around these sliding glass doors, which did not match the original stucco texture on our home, as you can see in the attached before and after photos. With John’s expert knowledge of stuccoing, he knew that I wanted these pool lanai walls to have a consistent, visual texture surface, which he knew was only possible by taking the re-stuccoing all the way up to the edges of the ceiling. IMO, you won’t be disappointed if you select John’s company for any of your stucco projects.

John Boone and his crew did an amazing job on the stucco repair on my home and he is very honest. His quote was 50% less than a few other quotes I got. Choose John Boone construction to get amazing stucco work and not get ripped off.

Outstanding Stucco Repair – Highly Recommend John Boone Construction!
We recently hired John Boone Construction to repair cracks in the stucco on the exterior walls of our lanai, and the entire experience was fantastic! John and his team were prompt, professional, incredibly skilled and reasonably priced. John carefully assessed the damage, explained the repair process, and delivered flawless results that blend seamlessly with the existing finish.

The workmanship is top-notch, and they left the area spotless when the job was done. It's clear that quality and customer satisfaction are priorities for them.

If you're looking for reliable, high-quality stucco work, we highly recommend John Boone Construction! We’re extremely pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Highly recommend! Sergey did fabulous job, if possible would have left more stars! Came on time, cheerful attitudе, professional work, left everything spotless. Very pleased!

Great and fast customer service. We have used this company twice, both times we delt with friendly knowledgeable technicians. Dan was so patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain the issue. Will recommend to anyone.

Second time I've used Sergeant's Electric, specifically Dave, for my electrical needs.

First for a generator hookup on my house. Then a generator startup and training session, along with the installation of a new outlet in my garage. Dave was excellent, explained all the work along with the particulars, and had everything needed to do the jobs that day, and right, the first time. He left the job site as he found it which is also a plus. Highly recommend Dave with Sergeant's Electric.

Dan Ferraro offered amazing excellent service for us on a service call. Very great, fast, friendly, and honest service. Would highly recommend him as an electrician and his company. 10/10

Mason and Erik were absolutely awesome! They came out to replace my electrical panel and install a new floodlight, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out.

They showed up on time, were super friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. You could tell they really cared about doing things the right way.

On top of that, they were just great guys—easy to talk to, respectful of my space, and they cleaned up everything once the job was done. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free from beginning to end.

If you’re looking for electricians who do top-notch work and are genuinely great to have around, I highly recommend Mason and Erik. Total pros and all-around good people!
