Tri County Air (Steve) serviced my HVAC system to assure I don’t have any problems in the near future. They performed detailed diagnostic tests to verify that my system is working properly and cleaned everything. Very happy with the service

Truly top notch company! Had both Dave and Monty out today to look at our unit. We knew we had problems but they double checked to be sure and even showed me exactly where. They even brought cookies! :) highly recommend this company. Honest and caring all around.

Tyler came to examine currant AC handler and compressor. Due to the age (10 yrs old) and the units history…we requested pricing for replacement. He spent a lot of time going over options and expenses. He was great getting us best pricing and quality unit. Only 2 days from signing to installation. Highly recommend Tyler ,and TRI COUNTY AIR. They were original installations company when house was built in 2001. We been with them ever since. Top Notch.

We had the pleasure of working with Dave. He was so nice, not pushy whatsoever. He gave us a couple of choices on a new ac unit. We so appreciated his expertise, how he explained every pro and con on the choices. We were so impressed we chose Tri-county for our maintenance and it will be installed on Thursday.

Absolutely the most professional AC company we have worked with. Our AC needed replacement and we requested a quote from tri county online on a Sunday. Early Monday they had us scheduled for a quote and came out. Tyler was professional and took his time explaining all options and even found an issue with duct sizing no other company had noted. I called three companies and two days later ,so Tuesday tri county had completed the install in a very professional manner. All this and no return call from one company which I had been using for service and the other came out but still no quote. Thanks tri county we are definitely sticking with you for our AC needs.

Reuben came out and quickly assessed the situation and went through the steps to fix our thermostat to connect the heat. He also did some additional checks to ensure we would not have any issues with heat or cool in the future. We will absolutely use Tri-County going forward.

Today, Reuben performed the annual maintenance on the unit, and fortunately all was good. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, answering any questions I had. Thank you Reuben. I scheduled my maintenance call with Tricounty air .Promptly the technician gave me an update as to his arrival and he arrived on time. He was prompt, friendly professional courteous, he went right to work after he explained everything and as he was working.

My first experience with Tri-Couny Air. My technician, Larry, arrived on time and explained in detail what would be included for my service. He then went about his business efficiently and professionally. When he was completed with the service, he thoroughly explained what he found and what additional services I could consider. Based upon Larry’s professionalism and performance, I feel confident that Tri-County Air will take care of my HVAC needs.

Our heating unit stopped working. Called Tri-county and a technician (Jose’ Tavarez) arrived a few hours later, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in about an hours time. Jose’ was very polite and professional and explained the issue in easy to understand terms. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use this company from now on for all me hvac needs and service.

Tri County, Bremen, and install team of Joe, Wyatte, and Alberto did an amazing job. We had a few hiccups but Bremen was quick to address them and make them right. We recently have gotten swindled by another company (on a different project) so we were leery of any company. Bremen did an awesome job addressing our fears and went above and beyond to make us feel comfort. The install team (mentioned above) did not leave until the job was done and left the space CLEAN. Very impressive. Would highly recommend. Will continue to use them for maintenance for many years to come.

very professional and personable and feedback was outstanding. my only complaint was they were very late and we could have been doing some other things we wanted to that day, so they could have alerted sooner, but they did alert us and then gave us an arrival time. Bottom line is I do understand how things pop up and can lead to other problems and Steve was outstanding.

Tri County Air came out to troubleshoot a malfunctioning heat pump system. The tech, Matt Ferraro, was professional, knowledgeable, had excellent diagnostic skills and was pleasant to work with. He methodically analyzed the system and provided corrective actions that returned the heat system to normal operations. In all the visit was excellent at a good price.

and have always been treated fairly. Francisco was great! Found the problem right away. It was electrical. When we got that fixed he came back to check everything out and make sure it was working properly. Also performed annual maintenance. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all our questions. Great service and highly recommended!

Casey did a thorough job servicing our units. He was patient in answering questions and explaining how we can maintain the units between yearly service checks to avoid costly repairs. Tri County has been exceptional for quick response times. We highly recommend Tri County for your HVAC needs.

I called early am approximately 5:00, left message. Someone returned my call around 7:00am. I had an issue with my heater. Tech arrived about 8:30-9:00. Roberto Alvarado showed up. What a great person he was. Explained everything as to what the issue was. He needed a part, so it was ordered and they will be back to install when they receive it. Great service and a better man as Roberto is. Highly recommend Tri County and Roberto

Mario was a wonderful representative of your company. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking out our AC unit that was not blowing cold air. He showed a lot of patience and was very thorough in checking for freon leaks.
I really appreciated the service he performed. Having service people like Mario tells me a lot about how you treat your employees. It was such a pleasure to have Tri-County Air Conditioning and Heating company as our HVAC specialists!
