I have been a Tri County customer for over 20 years and would never think of using another AC service. Francisco reminded me why last Saturday when I had an emergency issue with my air handler. Francisco was fantastic. He knew what my issue was immediately and explained to me what was going on before he set about correcting said issue. Very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but then all of Tri County’s techs are, he had me up and running in no time. What’s even better was that he showed me how I could save money on the repair by getting the maintenance membership plan. The benefits of the plan, besides the immediate savings, are outstanding. Had I had the maintenance plan in place I would not have had to pay for weekend service, just the normal rate as if he had come out on a Monday. But then, if I had had the maintenance plan I never would have had the emergency in the first place because my unit would have been serviced regularly thus avoiding an unexpected crisis. I would highly recommend the membership. There is no downside to it.

Roberto was prompt on arriving on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he did on his service call, but not pushy. I’m very impressed on how Tri County Air handles their appointments from booking to arriving on time. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Top notch service.

We so enjoyed the quality time we spent with your highly intelligent service man Mr Robert Geddes. He informed us of the life expectancy of our air conditioning unit, he went above and beyond and answered all of our questions. He was a pleasure to work with.

We had an excellent experience, starting with an immediate response at the reception and followed by someone on-site in hours. We were without heat and anxious to get our HVAC system replaced. Gregg, our technician that showed up was very knowledgeable on the product and ultimately earned our business. Unbelievably the unit was installed the following day. The two gentlemen that showed up for installation were polite and very efficient. They explained everything to my wife and I while they installed the thermostat they trained us, got it hooked to the Internet and overall were truly fantastic. They picked up everything and left the property looking better than when they found it. We see their trucks in our community of over 1000 homes Weekly so it was an easy decision who to call. I’m happy to be a reference for Tri-County anytime.

Our a/c was not cooling for a day. Thought putting vinegar down the tube would rectify that. No. Called Saturday around 5:00 and assumed we’d have to wait until Monday for service. Being a member, the tech came within 2 hours at no extra charge. Matt was efficient and determined that we have a motor on the condensing unit outside that needs replacing. He was extremely knowledgeable about our options, and he arranged for a salesman to come the next day to explain our situation. It may be wise to get a new unit since ours is 9 years old. We are so happy that we chose Tri County for our a/c contract. Matt was very personable.

We were pleasantly surprised when Bremen came to our home fully prepared to discuss AC options. Bremen was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, and he had done his homework and knew the layout and square footage of our home. Bremen inspected our current system, as well as the ductwork in the attic to ensure that the ductwork would support an upgraded system. Bremen gave us several options and discussed the pros and cons of each, which allowed us to make our decision to purchase a new AC system through TriCounty. Our new system was installed by two conscientious and respectful men who took the time to explain the system to us. In addition, they maintained a safe work environment and cleaned up prior to their departure. We highly recommend TriCounty.
