From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The team was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable, guiding me through every step and answering all my questions with patience. The sales man, Vince, was very nice and explained the process of installing solar panels. However, I got a second opinion and decided to go with a different company. Empire had underestimated the number of panels I would need AND they had me take out a loan where the payments would keep increasing. All I needed was to lease the panels, which they don’t offer. No work was ever started on my house, yet I received multiple threatening phone calls and texts demanding payment. They refuse to sign off on the paperwork affirming that they did not do the work and messed with my ability to refinance, purely to be vindictive. 0/5 Do NOT recommend.

Worked with Vince at empire solar. Great guy very personable and good to work with. Got a full set up 10kw system, solar production and OUC bill right on track for what I expected. System works great, can track everything from my phone. I recommend to call in and ask for Vince and he will get you hooked up! Just finished filing for my tax refund and it was exactly as explained, 30% back. I went with the REC panels, very good panel with a great warranty. Environmental impact aside the financial implications long term are great. I don’t really have to worry about the net metering because I bought a system knowing that it would be a little under what I needed. Last OUC bill was 40$, always under 100$. I sent Vince to my parents as well and they got a system.

Worked with Empire with my solar system,battery, and windows and doors. Christian came over and laid out a plan and excuted the plan. Everything looks and works wonderful! If you're looking to go solar or get a new roof or windows and doors there's are your guys for the job ! Highly recommended !!!

Alex and Karen were amazing the whole process. They were knowledgeable and ready to assist and inform me on all the next steps.

They subcontracted my solar installation. Once they got finished any issues I've had with the system have been an absolute nightmare to resolve. Yohan is the solar production manager, I have left numerous voicemails and text to him without a single response when my system has problems. With solar you need a company that will provide customer service after installation, this is not that company. Once they have your money good luck getting any response.

I would not even give them 1 star. I referred my neighbor to them and we both have issues with their installation, customer service and quality of workmanship. Bad from start to finish. Horrible trim work with caulking, damaged my downspout and never repaired it. Damaged and bent one of my screens and never fixed it. I have to pay hundreds of dollars to make repairs. No return calls once they got paid. Biggest financial mistake that I have made. I got schooled by a great salesman and now I am paying the price.

Had a great experience with Empire and Maurico. Did an excellent job and the communication was top notch. Definitely highly recommended!!!!

I contracted Empire Home Pros to do impact windows and a metal roof. Needless to say I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism throughout the entire project. Used Empire in a previous project on my investment property and will be using them again in the future.
