Have to start by saying Jonathan my family and would not have a home today if it were not for you and your company. He is extremely professional, thorough, and the most honest and open person we encountered on our home buying journey. His work ethic, knowledge, and utmost honesty helped us get our family dream. We actually met him but him inspecting our home for someone else. He did such a good job, we had him inspect homes we wanted to buy and eventually bought. We’ve recommended him to everyone we know buying a home. It such a great working relationship, with his disposition, we wanted to be friends with him. I recently decided to purchase my first home in Florida, which was a huge decision for me as I am moving to the area from Michigan and don’t know much about the Hollywood area. Extremely disappointing experience with NexGen Home Inspections, Inc. Contacted them in July 2024 for a new home inspection & wind mitigation report so I could shop for new homeowner's insurance since my premiums were skyrocketing due to the insurance crisis here in Florida. His report stated my roof did not meet the hurricane standards of 3# straps/nails that would have saved me thousands of dollars on a new homeowner's insurance policy. Instead, I was forced to take a substandard policy with terrible coverage and go through another hurricane season hoping we would not be impacted. In March 2025, I contacted my roofer who had installed my roof in Dec 2022 and inquired about the type of roof I had and did it meet the hurricane standards. They came immediately and inspected it, went in my attic and even took photographs to verify for me. I contacted NexGen to let them know of their error and requested my inspection be corrected and redone. Mr Luis would not redo it and would not change anything unless he received a letter from my roofer and their photographs. He put the responsibility of the error he made on the roofer to provide documentation rather than himself in coming out to verify what he should have done from the beginning! He only amended the report after they provided him with the letter and photos. Not once did I receive a call from him, an apology or refund for the huge mistake he made that could have saved me quite a bit of money on my homeowners insurance. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

My husband and I hired NexGen Home Inspections recently to inspect a home we were in contract with. Thanks to Jonathan's detailed and thorough inspection; we decided not to pursue the home. Contractors I received proposals from even mentioned how good his reported findings were. Due to this, we hired the company again to do an inspection on another home we found.

After asking friends and doing my own research I was lucky to have found Caceres Construction for the renovation of my kitchen. They are top notch professionals who took care of everything from dealing with the condo HOA and getting all of the city permits necessary. My job required a full renovation which included plumbing, electrical, tile installation and lighting to say the least. They did an excellent job, and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. It was comforting to have had Angelo keep us informed every step of the way. I am extremely happy with my new kitchen my home looks fabulous thanks to the work of Caceres Construction whom I highly recommend for your upcoming project.

Was great working with Angelo on my project. It was a several month and multistage Renovation project which could have been a nightmare with the wrong contractor. Angelo was very responsive and his estimates were very close to the actual costs. Additionally, he and his team showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job. Angelo was great at managing expectations and being accurate about the timeline. Part of my renovation was having both bathrooms renovated at the same time, which meant I needed to move out for five weeks. I had a place to stay for exactly that period of time and they completed the bathrooms in time. Angelo understood the aesthetic I was going for and did a great job executing it.

Angelo’s team replaced my windows with hurricane-proof ones in under 24 hours. Perfect workmanship, no issues, and such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
