It was my first time using NexGen Home Inspection services, and I am happy I hired them. They were on time, professional, fast communication online and when necessary via the phone. If I need another inspection, they will definitely be my preferred service provider.

Johnathan was fantastic! He arrived on time, was fast, efficient, and thorough. He was able to pointing out numerous areas throughout the inspection that we either missed, or would not have known to look for. I would definitely recommend him for anyone in need of a home inspection.

Jonathan came over and did a very thorough inspection in my attic,roof and flooring.Gave me some recommendations of what I need next to do.Most definitely would recommend him to all.

I'm a first time home buyer and very new to this process. I hired NexGen for a 4 point and Wind Mitigation Inspection. I called them the day before and they were available to come right out 24 hours later. I then received my reports less than 12 hours after that. I was super impressed with their professionalism and turn around time. The inspector also took the time to explain any issues he found with me and how that might effect my insurance. I would defiantly recommend this company.

Jonathan, the owner of Nexgen was recommended by a friend with considerable real estate holdings. I found Jonathan to be a very pleasant guy but serious about his work. I had lots of questions which Jonathan answered with good cheer, but it was clear that he had work to do, a methodology, and I was best leaving him to do his work and save questions to the end. I was very pleased that he was not just doing the easy stuff and rubber stamping a report. Pricing was inline with expectations. He did the job and really tried to give solid advice. I could ask for nothing more in a home inspector. I would whole-heartedly recommend Nexgen's services.

NexGen saved me! Jon inspected a house we almost bought and found mold which the owners and realtor didn't know about. I was able to get out of the purchase thanks to his inspection. Close call! Thanks to him we were saved from a $15k mistake.

He was so thorough. He gave us a list of problems he found, including another big problem with the foundation. He was extremely knowledgeable about estimates in how much the problems would cost to repair too. And a super nice guy as well, he took extra time to sit down with me and answer all my questions! I was recommended this company by a friend who worked previously them on his own home inspection. I decided to make this my first and only call and hired them for a home inspection at an apartment I was looking to purchase. Jonathan did such a thorough and outstanding job discovering every important issue that needed to be addressed. I was extremely grateful that he was able to find mold hidden in less than obvious places and detect moisture within the walls.

Thanks to Jonathan and Cecilia at NextGen I was well informed during the inspection period to make the right choice and back out of a sale that would have cost me thousands in repairs and mold remediation long-term. AMAZING!!! Incredibly thorough and detailed. I saw the great reviews on google, and hired them to inspect my future home. The report had hundreds of photos and every last detail was incliuded. Highly recommend NexGen Home Inspections! Awesome and friendly service. The whole process was so easy and smooth. Booking the appointment with Cecilia was quick and easy and she explained everything they did during the inspection and followed up with me after to make sure everything went well. We are first time home buyers so it can be scary but Jon took his time with the inspection and answered all the questions I had. He followed up with me afterwards and even recommended an electrician and ways to fix some of the issues he found. Would def recommend to family and friends!

I hired NexGen for my parents condo purchase, and Jonathan and Cecilia were amazing to work with! I met Jonathan during the inspection and he was very detailed with his inspection for my parent's future home. He found issues that we were able to present to the seller for fixing before we finalized the contracts.
