I loved doing business with this company. I actually found them because I had made an offer on a previous house and the owner realtor sent me a copy of their house inspection and it was incredibly complete and detailed. When I purchased my house (a different property) I contacted them to do the pre-inspection on the property and it was really professional, I had a few questions and the inspector called me back on the same day and answered all the questions an really helped me out.

I hired Nexgen again for another home inspection. This is the 2nd time this year I have used them. Just like the first time, the service and inspection report were outstanding. Johnathon did a great job and took time once again to answer all my questions about the report.

To give you a sense of how he works, I will share this with you.

We had a 12-4pm inspection appointment. He showed up on time just like he did before. The first thing he did was do a full roof inspection. During that time, there was no rain. After completing the full roof inspection, he proceeded to inspect the rest of the house. After several hours, he was just wrapping up the last part of the inspection when the rain started. He had already done his roof and attic inspection. It was late in the afternoon, hot, and humid. Instead of leaving (since he had already done the roof and attic inspection), he took more pictures/videos of the roof and crawled back up into the hot attic to take pictures and videos so that we could really see what was happening when it rained.

At the end of a long work day I don’t know many people who would have done that. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an inspection. They are the best.

My wife Sophia and I was in the process of buying a home we needed to find a good home inspector my realtor suggested Max which I didn't know much about but apparently they're one of the big home Inspection companies. I checked out some of their reviews and I just wasn't satisfied so I told my realtor I'll find my own inspector so I googled the top inspectors n Broward County there's this long list didn't where to start. I started to review them took a while I came across nexgen the only company with not one bag Review I thought maybe they had people writing them this is to good to be True so I went with my Gut. Spoke to Cecelia who set me up with Johnathan who I seen all these good reviews about. Hands down was the BEST decision I ever made Johnathan came to a Property we were going to purchase everything looked great from what we saw. To make a long story short I looked n the master bedroom before didn't see anything he ran the water for 15 mins touched the backsplash the wall caved in not only that there were leaks within the wall throughout Nexgen saved me about $60,000 n repairs if I would've purchased the property. So on to the next Nice house everyone was trying to purchase it because of my 1st experience I was real careful I work alot so I asked Cecelia to check about seven dif roofs for which she was so kind to do for me. We found a house we like Johnathan came along with this other gentleman who works with him needles to say they tore the place apart found things everywhere couple major issues one which owner was SHOCKED and he was there for eight years the seller was so impressed he asked for a few cards for himself. The seller asked me where did I find Nexgen he was so impressed Nexgen saved us 7,000 towards closing with their findings we couldn't have asked for a better experience Nexgen Home Inspectors I would Highly recommend to anyone and they're the only home inspectors I plan to use going forward because I plan on purchasing more properties.
