Was given a price and a tentative date to reach out , multiple times was told sending Guys out to then have the price raises because “why would i take guys off my high paying jobs to do that “ as per the owner. Reached out consistently for almost 4 months with responses that they would send someone out to finally be hit with the prior excuse plus stated gas doubled. Really poor communication and unprofessional

What’s most important - Cayco is fair and want their customers to be 100% satisfied. I’ve had a few small issues in the past, but they handle them IMMEDIATELY!!!

Cayco pulls into a bad spot for his truck and trailer, goes into wawa for breakfast then damages safety equipment making his exit. Tag number 8OEJLM.

I don't know why this landscaping company shows up at 8 AM on the weekends to The Heritage at Boca Raton every week disturbing residents. Why not come during the weekdays when professionals are off to work? Very inconsiderate. Will ask my management company to switch providers.

I wanted to leave a nice comment! I am at Boynton Lakes park with my son where they’re working on tree debris and I have witnessed them using discretion with organizing and timing. In other words they worked in areas where we’re not sitting which I thought was really polite and thoughtful! Rare in landscaping.

Recently, we contracted with CAYCO for our condominium landscaping services. The new client onboarding has been an excellent experience. They are a professional operation with a punctual crew and proper equipment. Daniel is a pleasure to work with and is very responsive to our association's needs. He truly cares for our property. Within the first few weeks of starting their services, the residents have commented how beautiful the grounds are looking. It is a large property to maintain, but we feel that CAYCO will help us to become the most beautifully landscaped condominium on the beach in Boca Raton!

I have come to despise this company's logo, ever since they took over the Laurels neighborhood irs been nothing but a nightmare. Its not even 10am on a memorial holiday morning and i just cant take the godforsaken chainsaws outside of my window anymore. Mfing CHAINSAWS every week! Its the most professional and dedicated company ive seen in a while but their lack of consideration for the sleep of the communities they service is a really really big downside. Please improve this!

I have been a condo hoa property manager for 20 years in south florida. Cayco is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They do extremely high quality work. We could not ask for a more responsive company. We only have to make one call to them for special request and it is handled swiftly and professionally. I give them 5 stars and they deserve it.

Cayco Landscaping did an excellent job trimming my two trees - a black olive and oak tree. Daniel Gonzalez, the owner, personally evaluated my trees and recommended a canopy reduction rather than just a regular trimming since the trees were getting so tall. The canopy reduction was performed as recommended by professional arborists on the web.

The crew was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable about their job, and safety oriented. They asked me many times if I was satisfied with what they were doing, watched out for me and also my and my neighbors' property, and did a more than excellent job in cleanup. This was the best tree trimming experience I have had since I have lived here for about 40 years.

Cayco was a little more on the cost side, but I am glad I chose Cayco Landscaping to do the job. You get what you pay for.

I would have left them no stars if I could super unprofessional from top to bottom the landscapers don’t speak English I went to a public park and with no notice no warning and no apologies for the damage they did to my truck they don’t answer the phone when you call them and now I have to come out of pocket for damages they caused and won’t take responsibility for who just cuts down trees on top of peoples vehicles I only posted 1 picture but have multiple and am reaching out to a lawyer for recovery

They park right at the model of a curve and at the very entrance making hard for all residents to access or pass by. I sent an email last year to then about this and they keep doing it. There is plenty of room around there.
