They had plans of trimming trees at the complex where I live, but they did not give advance notification to the office to alert residence not to park in the spots that they want available. It’s very inconvenient to be called while you’re in bed to run out to move your car These people only care about themselves and they do sloppy work too, blowing leaves all over the place, making all your cars, dirty, and dusty and filthy

Whoever is driving the work truck with the license plate 41BXSX should be revoked of their privileges. This morning in standstill traffic they yanked their tuck over from the right hand lane into the left and caused me to lock up my brakes and swerve off the road. They then proceeded to swerve through traffic potentially causing multiple accidents. Something needs to be done about this or else it will be reported to the authorities for reckless driving and endangerment.

The landlord where I live called me to tell me I had to immediately move my car because this company was trimming trees. I was home from work today second bed but I had to run out immediately to do this this was a planned event for this company but obviously the supervisors and owners of this company are only concerned with their time and their convenience because although this tree trimming was pre-planned they chose not to let the landlord informed so residents could park in appropriate spots. My time and my convenience is not important only theirs you can obviously see by such a poor rating that this company stinks

I have been calling this company for 4 weeks. I am yet to receive a call back. It is insane to me that I was simply asking for a consultation and the only way to do that was for the owner/manager to call me. I could not schedule this with any one or do anything but wait for this gentleman to call me back. I spoke with Monica who answered my calls 99% of the time to let me know she will to call the manager (again) and he will definitely call me back this time, "promise". 5 phone calls to her later, with a promise of a call back every time and I have never received so much as a text. If you don't need business, I wont give it to you. Thanks for wasting my time and all your empty promises.

When picking a company to help you beautify your new home it all begins with the first phone call you make. At rainforest I felt the staff in the office the young ladies really knew what I needed and how to help me. This let me know that I was in the right hands as I’ve heard horror stories of sprinkler systems gone wrong and all the damage it can cause. The se ladies made me feel confident that they could handle the job. The owner the. Proceeded to call me and advised me he would send the specialty sprinkler team out to assess my system and provide me with an estimate prior to the job. The staff promptly analyzed the problems the owner called me before I could call them to find out what the damage would be they were reasonable in price the job was completed and I couldn’t be happier couldn’t even tell they were there! My grass is getting greener I am one happy customer and I can not wait to use them again for all my landscaping needs! Seeing their work really makes me want the beautification they can make happen! Thank you to everyone at Rainforest for over and beyond exceptional work!

This company has maintained my property for a few years now. They are easy to get a hold of whenever I call with requests/last-minute services. The ladies in the office are always the most pleasant to speak with and very professional. Their foreman (I think his name was Chris) is very polite, respectful, and even goes the extra mile to tidy up my yard from time to time! Would highly recommend.
