Eddie and his team are our go to for A/C service and repairs. They are experienced and knowledgable and don't simply say "you need a new unit". They find the problem and give the best options for resolution.

Eddie, the owner, came himself (very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable), and he brought his other friendly, professional, AC specialist to my appointment to assess my problem. They quickly assessed my problem. Gave me a very fair quote and explained, in detail, what they had to do to help fix my unit which was freezing up and not kicking out cold air at times.

2 hours later, he had my unit up and cranking out ICE COLD AC. He also set me up with a maintenance program, and his personal cell phone to call, if I have any questions, or I don't feel that my AC is working just right.

i haven't had to call him at all, but will see him in another 3 months for his maintenance checkup. (6 months later).

PS. I had my MOM call Eddie for a check up on her house unit. He upgraded some equipment in Delray Beach and has recommended Eddie to her friends in her over 55 living community...

Very knowledgeable. I had 2 companies come out because my air wasn't cooling.I got the run around and all the reasons to replace my system which is only 9 yrs old. Eddie came and diagnosed the system. All that was needed was the correct Freon charge. I will be using this company from now on.

I called Cold Air Mechanical last night, after making the decision to leave my Service Company, Choice Home Warranty. I had CHW Technician come out to check a leak in one of the AC pipes. He was here for 10 minutes, and claimed he had fixed the leak, so I paid him the $60.00 for the service call. I later found out that the claim for fixing was denied since they claim to not cover leaks, and yet they sent out a Technician who I paid $60, since I was not told the claim was denied.
I spoke to Eddie, last night, and he was very familiar with the problem I was describing. He came out and diagnosed the problem as the pipe fittings and replaced the pipes. While doing this, he noticed the drain pan had a crack in it and was leaking. He repaired this, as well. I could have paid him just a service fee; however, I decided to sign up for his maintenance contract, which covered the work done, and will give me two yearly checks on my AC maintenance.
He spent quite a bit of time checking things out, and I am very impressed! I just gave his information to two of my friends here, at KingsPoint Tamarac. I highly recommend him. Thank you!

Owner Edward was on time which was imperative due to the issue at hand. He was able to resolve the issue and have my unit running in no time. I would not hesitate to call Cold Air Mechanical in the future should I encounter any issues. Dependable and fairly priced.

This contractor has gone above and beyond for me everytime I have used him! So much so I send all my family to him and I would use him a million times more! He assists me with the maintenance and management of all hvac units in the portfolio of rentals I manage. His pricing is affordable and his quality is top notch

If I could give zero stars I would. I accidently sent a payment to them through Zelle and have spent DAYS trying to get ahold of someone via phone, voicemail, text and even stopped by the address they have on their site which is just a random commercial space they don't occupy. No business name anywhere and a locked door with just a key pad.

They have essentially now knowingly stolen this money from me and won't respond so we can remedy this situation and I can get those funds back.

I had used Eddie and this company previously for a project and they had done a great job which is why I have their contact info and such on my phone and Zelle vendor section. But this is COMPLETELY unprofessional so be mindful if you choose to work with them and running the risk

This company was speedy and efficient Greg was an absolute savor , my AC went out and he was very timely and had my house cooled back down and no time.

Eddie Gonzalez was quick, professional and informative. He showed me the source of the issue, gave options for repair and offered tips for preventative maintenance. Hopefully I don't have a need for repair anytime soon, but if I did, this company would be at the top of my list.

As a single mom and not knowing my way around anything to do with AC or electrical I called up Eddie because my AC stopped working not only was he nice but he also broke it down for me so that I could understand what was happening. I never felt once that he took advantage of me as I had in the past with other companies, on the contrary he was very informative and patient . He actually went out of his way to assist me. I would highly recommend him to anybody if you’re having any doubts with your AC.

Last night my air-conditioning went down at around 8 o’clock at night and I called cold air mechanical Spoke with Eddie and he reassured me that he would be there at 8 AM the next day. I had mentioned to him that I was concerned since my daughter has asthma and we had nowhere to go that night. He then stated he could come within the next hour that same night and sure enough by 9:15 PM he was at my house. Not only was he honest and kind but he actually showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning so that I would be aware of it for next time. So glad I called him it’s been along time since I actually got good customer service and somebody that loves to do what they do not just about the money! Thank you so much for everything I completely recommend him for any issues or concerns when it comes to your AC.

Cold Air Mechanical went above and beyond to get our a/c unit working after having no air for days in sweltering July. Eddie came by at 8:30 pm to see if he could get it running. We ended up buying a new unit from him and they installed it and did a fantastic, professional job. The price was thousands lower then four other estimates we had too. Eddie kept me informed every step. Recently we discovered the heat wasn’t working properly over Christmas. Eddie sent his guys right over to fix it. Fantastic company, wonderful customer service, great all-around experience. Five star business. Can’t say enough good things about Cold Air Mechanical, and Eddie in particular.
