This company is terrible. Please do not waste your time or money. In our experience they stated repeatedly that they were on their way for our emergency call (a service they are sure to push on you when you work with them but are not able to accommodate) and then they sent a text message stating they were not coming and that we should not be upset because it was a Sunday, as if emergencies do not happen on Sundays. Had we known they were not coming we would have simply called another company instead of losing 4 hours waiting and potentially significant loss of product.The person was also extremely unprofessional in their messages to us when asked why they would offer services that they cannot accommodated and why they would state that they were coming and were not. The problem also stems from work they completed prior, just days before and stated that there would be no further problems. We have had nothing but problems since. This company is not a good choice at all.

Constantine arrived within 1 hour of my call for service !!! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. He had our AC's issue diagnosed in approximately 10-20 minutes. It was a bad fan motor, He called the manufacturer, and the several hundred dollar part was still under warranty !!! (brand new part for FREE) Constantine replaced the part and after running the system for a few minutes was still not happy with the temperature split of the air. So he went outside applied 4lbs of freon to the system......Thanks to his forward thinking, and desire to make sure all the bases were covered we are now living like Eskimos in South Florida. We have been with Tech Air for 4 years now, would not trust/call anyone else!!! They work smarter, and with a boatload of integrity.........A++++

Arthur from Tech Air was great! He was quick to service our AC and get it working again. We were happy we called Tech Air!

2 other companies told me that I needed to replace my BARD all-in-1 system with a new one. Constantine from TECH Air came out and showed me that the coils were just extremely dirty. He cleaned them and the AC is working fine. They saved me $4500. It’s nice to do business with an honest company.

I normally do not write reviews but I referred a client to them and she called to thank me for the great referral!! She said the technician was in uniform with clearly mark service truck which made her feel comfortable. He was polite, neat and explained what he was doing and checking for, She was a first time buyer and little nervous to say the least! He had the unit up and running in no time. The technician's name was Constantine. Thank you for sending a professional and making my client happy!

Prompt and knowledgeable and our technician spent extra time with us making some fine tuning adjustments which we greatly appreciated; VERY reasonably priced

Our AC stopped cooling last night around 10. First priority this am was to call Tech Air. We were on the list and technician Roberto was here 8:30. They solved our problem ,included us in the process and made us feel assured we were being taken well care of.

We’ve worked with Tech Air both professionally with our business locations as well as personally at our own residence over the last several years. Each time they provide excellent customer service on the phone, fast turnaround time for service calls and repairs, and very reasonably priced. When you have AC issues it’s always kind of stressful and they do a great job in alleviating some of that stress!

Pedro the tech was great. He quickly identified a problem several other companies couldn’t solve and got the unit up and running. Highly recommend.

Great service, I called in the morning on a Tuesday and a technician was at my house within an hour. He was very professional and had the AC working before lunchtime and all for a reasonable price.

The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed about time frame. Roberto was very informative and easy to talk to.

Paul and Mike texted to let me know they where on the way. They were both very professional and cleaned up after the service call. Great service!!! See you in 6 months for the next maintenance.

I sent Air Tech videos of suspected A/C issue after receiving a disastrous explanation from another company. Response from Air Tech was I don’t need a new unit, my unit is fine, my flat roof the unit sits on is fine. Without further ado, Air Tech provided excellent communication and explanations and serviced my unit without price gauging or recommending a new unit!!!

When my 20 yr old roof unit coils failed the Saturday before 4th of July, the guys at Tech Air came out to diagnose the problem that day and had a new roof unit up and running Monday afternoon. Cannot thank them enough. Their prompt, fast, courteous response allowed me to still make a flight Tuesday morning to surprise my family I hadn't seen in 10 years. The service was fast and reasonably priced. This is the second time I have used them for a new system, not including using them for service calls too. After having run the gauntlet of disappointing HVAC companies living in South FL since the 80's, I'm glad to have found TECH AIR. They're my go to guys for my HVAC needs! Michele and all her techs are the best. Thanks TECH AIR ... you guys ROCK!

Update: My new system had a hiccup late at night. I messaged the guys at Tech Air early the next morning and got a message back within 30 minutes and their head tech Pedro was at my door to get me back up and running even before the heat of the day developed. Luckily it was only a fuse./ Again... thanks to Michele and her team! Having tried the rest... Tech Air is the best!

Great service!!! The A/C in my condo unit had been leaking badly. It hadn’t been serviced in the 20 years I’ve been here. They repaired a cracked drainage hose, pumped out the sludge that had accumulated in the drip pan and the unit was working like new in less than an hour. They were honest, friendly, extremely professional & explained everything. Recommended to me by a family member & I couldn’t be happier. Highest recommendation!
