I understand it's not the fault of the company the expense of a new part vs. a new unit but I'd appreciate transparency over the phone when the cost over replacing a part is equivalent to a new oven. Saves me the service cost.

We had a significant water leak that turned out to be our water line to our fridge. We called and they gave us the base price for diagnostics and then the chance for parts which was reasonable especially on the weekend! Sam came out and repaired it within an hour of our call. Unfortunately when we had the water damage people come out they severed the line again. Sam had Ibrahim come out and again fixed numerous leaks. They were so kind and did not take advantage of us! We will use them again in the future!

Sam was professional and friendly. He gave us his honest opinions and the work was top notch.

If I could give Samir 6 stars, I would. My oven smelled like Gas and after Duke told me to evacuate my home, and that my oven was emitting Carbon monoxide, I was freaking out. I have a small child and I didn't want him in the house if carbon monoxide was in the air! I called EIGHT other companies, who couldn't get me scheduled until next week, and when I finally called Tri-City, I was crying on the phone, I just wanted my son to be safe to return into my home. Samir came out within 30 minutes, showed me the problem and resolved it, and then proceeded to teach me about what to do in the event of a gas leak. I am eternally grateful! I will only be calling Tri-City from now on.

Edit: The dryer broke again and I had to call another company to come fix it. They said that the previous work was done poorly and that one of the wires had come undone and arced into the side of the dryer. I take back my original review.

I called them and since they had an opening they were out the same day to fix our dryer. They were incredibly professional and had it back up and running in about 30 minutes for a reasonable price. If we need any other appliance repairs we will be calling them again. :)

Called him out because my dryer was making noise. He came out replace my heating element and cleaned the blower. Charge me service fee and heating element. Came out to more than $300.
Call him back for the same issue. He tries to diagnose my dryer over the phone coincidentally it's something different than what he already fixed. He stated he was going to charge the service fee again. Which is very unnecessary and unprofessional. Makes me believe he did something else so he can get called back for more money. I should have known something was up when he was taking other parts out... Buyers beware!!!

Sam and his employees are fabulous! His company is responsive, professional, has very reasonable prices and are able to come to fix what you need fixed quickly! I called for the repair service the night before in the repairman was at my house the next morning at the appointed time. The repairman was very knowledgeable with the washer that need to work on. He had the part that I needed on his truck and had it fixed within a hour time.
