We had 2 issues that Sam had to address -- a burned out light in the fridge and a burner on the stove that wasn't heating. He came and assessed the problems, gave us a quote for the parts and labor and we proceeded to pay for the parts. The balance was due on installation. The parts came in quickly, and he returned in a few days to install a new light and a new burner.

We have GE appliances, and I had read the negative reviews of the GE repair services. Based on Sam's positive reviews, we called him and it was a good choice. He will be our go to appliance repairman.

My fridge died and they came the same night I called. Needed a part and he returned 2 days later. I appreciated that he called to let me know that he was running late. Nice to deal with a small owner run business.
