Another A/C company left me in the lurch with water running in from the ceiling into the house like a rainforest
They had been paid in-full . Told me to turn off the unit and I would have to wait for them to come back whenever they had time.
“A/C 101” When you installed A/C common sense, they should’ve blown out the drain lines before they left to make sure they were unplugged

Fearing that the ceiling would collapse with all the water coming down
So I started calling around for help. ASR A/C company told me they would be to my house in an hour to blow out the A/C drain lines and they were there in 30 minutes
I’m on a very tight fixed income. He charged me a very fair price to do the blowout.
His 70-year-old dad was with him. It was amazing watching both of them get the job done
This father and son duo are fantastic caring courteous and polite it just makes your heart melt

ASR is a father and son business. My ac had a leak on an extremely hot day. I reached out to a few ac companies and this company was the first one to promptly replied. I highly recommend ASR Services for HVAC needs! After being told I needed to spend $12k replacing my current unit, I was recommended to call ASR for a second opinion and I am so glad I did. They were able to troubleshoot my AC problems, provide a temporary fix and followed up the next day to solve my problem without any pressure to replace my unit. They also have great annual maintenance plans to inspect and service my unit each fall to keep it running smoothly. Javon and his team were so helpful and kind while in my home too and were very communicative when setting up the appointments and notifying me on their arrival times.
