Technician came on time and explained the issue. Our AC unit needed a fan motor. They resolved the issue in no time and came on a weekend. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend them.

These guys are truely professionals. They came in, they removed the old unit, installed the new unit, programmed the thermostat, cleaned up, made sure we were satisified, and then collected their fee. It was great seeing Javan and his father working together. They were referred to me by my brother and had also done work for my mother. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their A/C serviced or replaced. The only bad thing was the price but I called no less than 6 companies, and most were more expensive. I was also able to get 0% financing for the first 18 months. So I don't feel like I was cheated in any way. It's just the time we are living in. Thank you ASR for a great experience!

This was our first experience with ASR Service Heating and AC. Javon was excellent! He was thorough and went beyond to diagnose and fix our air conditioning issues! I would highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!

Javon was extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and patient throughout the entire process. We went back and forth several times while deciding on the best system for my home, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and help me make the right choice.
