Great group of guys to work with!

Had a project to retrofit an old 65 year old plumbing system. Initially had to wait in line for 15 minutes or so but when I got service the reps at the desk lost interest in helping me and went on to another customer leaving me standing there? Not impressed

From the moment I spoke with Greece, the dispatcher, I knew we had found our forever plumber. She was incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and truly helpful. Adrian, our technician, was also great—he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.

The only reason I’m mentioning this is for transparency: after the repair, there was a bit of a mess left from the kitchen drain that I had to clean up myself, as Adrian had already started packing up his tools.

That said, I still give this company a solid 5 stars. Their service, pricing, and easy payment options through touch pay made everything smooth. I had even called another plumber first, and they told me to call them back next week—wild!

Being from Puerto Rico it's not easy to know how to find a good plumber, but got so very lucky with this plumbing company. The owner and his assistant were so nice, insightful and polite. They explained the problem with my water heater and what to do if it happens again (maybe saving me money in the future). They were very affordable and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting honest service.

A plumber and associates inc. is a reliable and professional company that can be trusted in solving any plumbing problems that you may have. Their workers like Justin are personable and experienced who are willing accommodate your needs. The owner Terry personally spoke to me when I called him about a bathroom leak that needed to be fixed right away. They came and fix the problem immediately, and I was very satisfied with the job, I would highly recommend A plumbers and associates inc. and use their services in the future.

Unfortunately, there were no plumbers available today, but the gentleman who took my call took 15 minutes of his day at 6:45pm to try and walk me through how to fix my problem. I was even able to text him two photos of the issue. This exemplified incredible professionalism and consideration that went well beyond a simple phone call. Terry Grimes and A Plumber are really a great organization. They are pleasant, knowlegeable and easy to work with. I am dealing with a cast iron pipe problem and they are with me every step of the way and have tried to make this as easy as possible. Right off the bat his price was $200 less for first repair than another quote. Justin is the guy who has been doing most of repairs and he also is very knowlegeable and pleasant. He even cleans up after himself (I would ask him to marry me but I am already
taken)

I've used A Plumber for years now to service investment property in Apopka that I self manage. Terry and his team are always prompt, they never gouge me for emergency leak work, he's very responsive, and pricing is at-market or below depending on the service. His team just finished a full re-pipe of the house (no more leaking copper pipes!) with minimal disruptions to the tenant in the process. His prompt and professional service is a reflection on me as a landlord and my tenants remain happy.

I first hired A Plumber for a hot water heater replacement at a tenant property, and while there they found leaks in the old piping. Repaired it at no additional charge. Just today got a call from the tenants, and the old pipes started leaking again. Terry came out there quickly, found multiple holes, and repaired all for the same original quote. Definitely recommend!
